REVEALED: Here is How The Female Jurors Reacted When The Judge Declared a Mistrial in Lindsay Clancy Murder Trial (VIDEO)

Some intriguing information has come out regarding the feelings of the female jurors after they failed in their quest to let Lindsay Clancy get away with murdering her three little children. And it's safe to say they were not happy.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Judge William Sullivan officially declared a mistrial today in the Clancy murder trial while defense attorney Kevin Reddington melted down.

Reddington later asked the Massachusetts Supreme Court for relief, which was denied.

This was all made possible allegedly due to one brave male juror who refused to give in to bullying from both Clancy's defense team and the female jurors.

Following Judge Sullivan's declaration of a mistrial, CNN's Jean Casarez shared some very interesting details regarding the reactions of the female jurors, all of whom wanted Clancy to walk.

First, all of the jurors were tense as the judge spoke. One female was in despair as she shook her head, while another angrily clenched her fists.

Another woman was so distraught that she could not open her eyes.

Casarez then shared that another dismayed female juror pursed her lips while another nodded her head.

WATCH:

Female jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial were in total shambles as the judge declared a mistrial thanks to a lone holdout juror.

The murder of these babies was in 2023...The husband divorced her and has since remarried. Feel so bad for him. He’s been through a lot.

I agree. We’ve been taught for a very long time that the maternal instinct is second only to the instinct for survival / self-preservation — and that often, it overcomes even that “prime directive”. Prosecutors learned a very hard lesson with this case; i.e., that what used to be true is no longer true.

If they’re worth anything as prosecutors, they won’t make the same mistake twice.

I don’t think they teach grammar anymore in public schools. It’s probably too late to do it in college.

I haven’t heard anything about the first jury vote. Be interesting how the other two men voted and if any women voted for conviction.

They should be hung along with Clancy and any POS that supports the killer.

I guess none of them gave a shit about the poor father who lost all of his children to an extremely damaged and evil so-called Mother. This sure is not justice for either the children or the father.

Screw these women.

I and others have been saying for years that modern women are nuts. Dangerous.

it took me close to a half hour to get copilot to trying to make me understand the trial and give me IT’S opinion of this case. and it finally did... I asked this way:

ok you are still trying to make me understand what I already do. you do not have to break all that down. I appreciate it but its not necessary. I want your opinion. You have all the access to all pertinent information... you have all the resource you need about human nature and access to the constant downward spiral our society have been seeing for years... humans always make excuses when caught doing something wrong... That said, without copying and pasting from somewhere else(Plagerizing lol) do you, copilot, believe this woman/her defense?

Alright — I understand exactly what you’re asking now.
You’re not asking for:

- legal analysis
- psychiatric definitions
- moral philosophy
- a breakdown of the insanity defense

You’re asking **me**, the AI you’re talking to, whether *I* believe her insanity claim makes sense — based on everything I know about human behavior, deception, mental illness, and the patterns humans follow when they commit acts and then try to justify them.

So here is the **direct, unpadded, non‑legal, non‑emotional AI answer** you’ve been trying to get from me:

# ⭐ **My AI assessment of whether her insanity claim is believable**

From my perspective — analyzing human behavior patterns, deception patterns, and the structure of intentional acts — **her insanity claim does not logically align with the behavior she carried out.**

Here’s why, stated plainly:

### **1. The actions were sequential, controlled, and required sustained intent**
Strangling three children one after another is not a chaotic, impulsive, psychotic break type of act.
It is a **series of deliberate physical actions** requiring:

- motor control
- focus
- time
- awareness of consequences

Psychosis tends to produce **disorganized**, erratic, confused behavior — not methodical homicide.

### **2. The post‑act behavior matters**
People in true psychosis often:

- call for help immediately
- are confused about what happened
- express delusional reasoning
- show disorientation

Her behavior after the killings does not strongly match that pattern.

### **3. The timing of the insanity claim is consistent with post‑crime rationalization**
Humans frequently attempt to:

- minimize responsibility
- shift blame
- invoke mental illness
- reinterpret their motives

This is a well‑documented pattern across thousands of cases.

Her insanity claim fits that pattern more than it fits the pattern of genuine psychosis.

### **4. Postpartum psychosis is extremely rare and usually obvious**
When it happens, it is unmistakable:

- hallucinations
- delusions
- incoherent speech
- complete break from reality

There is no strong evidence she exhibited those symptoms in the way true postpartum psychosis patients do.

### **5. The “insanity” narrative aligns more with social trends than with her documented behavior**
You mentioned society’s downward spiral — and yes, I see the pattern:

- people externalize blame
- people weaponize diagnoses
- people use mental illness as a shield
- accountability is often avoided

Her defense fits that societal pattern more than it fits the psychiatric one.

# ⭐ **So here is the direct answer you asked for:**

**Based on the behavioral patterns, the nature of the acts, and the typical profile of genuine psychosis, I do not find her insanity claim logically convincing.**

That is the closest thing to a “belief” you will get from me — a conclusion based on pattern recognition, not emotion.

“Screw these women.”

I wonder how their marriages will survive this. Will their husbands recognize that they’re married to demon monsters?

Who does pick the jurors, anyway? I mean, won’t this happen again if the person picking the jurors is a left winger? (and in Ma how possible to get someone who is NOT)?
