That’d be a big step-down, not just in salary but in prestige. I also think she’s a bit old for that gig.
Google says the average starting age of the past 10 presidential press secretaries was 38.9 years. She’s 58. (I looked it up and was surprised. I thought she was older, but maybe that’s because she’s be on the air forever.)
