• Establish a civilian group of violent thugs to riot on demand - check
• Propeganda everywhere, always - check
• Use government to compel industry to do their bidding and punish dem opponents - check
• Aggresively and openly pursue mass censorship - check
• Demonize jews - check
• Imprison or murder political enemies - temporarily paused
