York was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $1,150 in fines
San Francisco 49ers owner and CEO Jed York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, this weekend and pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, per WKBN. York was sentenced to two days in the Columbiana County Jail with credit for one day served and ordered to pay $1,150 in fines.
Court documents obtained by KRON4 state the disorderly conduct charge was amended from engaging in prostitution.
York was arrested by the local police department, which was assisting the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, at Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community off state Route 170.
York was born and raised in Youngstown, not far from where he was arrested. He became CEO of the 49ers in 2008 while his parents, John and Denise York, assumed roles of co-chairmen. York's grandfather, Edward DeBartolo Sr., bought the franchise in 1977, while York's uncle, Eddie DeBartolo Jr., served as the team's owner from 1977 to 2000.

York could be subject to discipline from the league under the personal conduct policy. According to the 49ers' official website, York currently serves on three NFL committees: Stadium, Media O&O (NFL's owned media businesses), Business Ventures, and Fan Engagement and Major Events.
