The American Center for Law and Justice recently submitted two California Public Records Act requests seeking information from the attorney general and secretary of state as to how California ensures that only lawful U.S. citizens are voting in elections. In response, California authorities admitted that they do not track non-citizens on voter rolls as required by federal law. Not only does the state have no idea how many non-citizen voters are registered to vote but also it has no formal procedure for investigating illegal voting.
California prohibits cities from requiring voter ID. The state essentially has a “Trust me, bro” voting policy that allows anybody to send in a ballot. Nobody has any idea how many foreigners vote in California elections. California refuses to safeguard its elections.
It is appalling that California maintains such shoddy election records. It is appalling that California makes it so easy for non-citizens to vote. It is appalling that California requires weeks to count votes each election cycle.
For citizens to have faith in the legitimacy of election outcomes, elections must be run with professionalism and integrity. Instead, California’s elections are a global laughingstock. On the other hand, if you were trying to design a system conducive to mass fraud, the California model is par excellence.
Democrat-run states around the country emulate California’s untrustworthy elections as much as possible. They vehemently oppose photo identification and citizenship verification requirements — falsely labeling such basic security measures as poll taxes and forms of racial discrimination and voter suppression. Democrat secretaries of state routinely issue voting guidelines to election monitors that violate statutory law. Democrat attorneys general and local prosecutors refuse to investigate allegations of election fraud, and when they do open up investigations, they rarely prosecute offenders. It would seem to me that in some ways California is signing it’s own death warrant by not checking for proper voting procedures. Considering what they have for state gov’t I am not surprised tho. One of these days it will bite them harder than it already has & their next governor will really have his hands full.
Individuals should be executed for rigging, tampering, interfering in any election in America.

Like they would know how to even the DMV has pamphlets in about 6 languages.
I cannot imagine how enormous the human displacement would be.
There are neither enough prayer-warriors among us nor people educated (awakened) enough to properly address the crisis.

Okay there can be some type of voter registration requirements
that could help and maybe illuminate illegals from voting. jmo.
There are some data that should be available to use to help in
determining legals vs illegals. Birth and current location etc. I
would think that a birth certificik would be a item that would
have that info. Maybe a Federal Law would have some say/so.

We were about to find out on Jan 6, 2021 when the Senate was about to NOT certify certain states’ election results. Then the deep state pulled the trigger on the Pelosi Insurrection Gambit to short circuit the proceedings. It was their final arrow in the steal-the-vote quiver and it struck the target.
Contrary to the leftist media narrative, the peaceful protest was to urge senators to do the right thing. The deep state actors had to create a riot to stop the proceedings. They succeeded.
The big question is whether the Senate will do the right thing next time. Since they won’t allow a vote on the SAVE Act, I highly doubt it.

My only question is... why is the other half of the nation allowing them to get away with this crap?

I don’t see why sanctuary city/county/state is not considered harboring a fugitive and obstruction of justice.
