A glamorous Russian escort has been charged with the assassination of a high-ranking Ukrainian defector who was blown up by a bomb in a trash can, according to reports.
Margarita Reut, 32, was arrested in Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea after Thursday’s blast killed Robert Shageev — an officer in the Kremlin’s Black Sea Fleet who was wanted for high treason, according to the Telegraph.
The blast, allegedly carried out on Kyiv’s orders, killed the 49-year-old commander on the spot.
Reut was quickly arrested and confessed, according to reports. She was remanded on a charge of terrorism leading to death, according to Russian-based E2W News.
Reut was remorseless, boldly answering “no” when asked if she regretted the killing, according to Mash, a Russian news channel with links to security services cited by the Telegraph, which said that she had planned to flee the country after the assassination.
The Russian national appeared on escort websites and also worked as a biologist producing floral-infused vaginal suppositories, according to the reports.
She was born in Yaroslavl, a city about 160 miles northeast of Moscow. She also previously lived in Sochi, a Black Sea resort city known for hosting the 2014 Winter Olympics, and frequently visited Crimea, according to Mash.
It’s unclear when or how she allegedly became a Ukrainian intelligence agent.

“Americans are also on the Ukrainian hit list.”
Is Tucker Carlson still on their hit list? I don’t think much of him anymore, but I’m not sure he deserves to assassinated.
And, by the way, how many people has the Ukrainian government assassinated at this point?
What was the supposed motive of a Russian sex worker to assassinate a Ukrainian defector, knowing she would likely be tortured and executed for it? Money does little good when you are dead. Did she have any history with the target? Family members held hostage?
As to the story, it’s a bit complicated, but I think it goes like this:
1. Russian high-level military dude flips and starts handing Ukraine data.
2. Russia figures it out and starts looking for him in Russia.
3. Ukraine, apparently, also wants him dead?
4. So they higher a very-hot looking Russian escort to kill him (not realizing she’ll eventually be found NOT GUILTY, at least if anyone here gets on the jury).
5. She succeeds in killing him and then gets caught by Russia, before making it out of Russia.
So the only reason that I can see Ukraine wanting him dead is to prevent him from flipping back to save his skin and thus telling the Russian government what he disclosed. So the side he first flips to double-crosses him.
Sound about right?
In Putin’s Russia, one wonders,”Would it make you feel any better, little girl, if they was pushed out of windows?”.
Archie Bunker: expert on defenestration.
Name ONE American killed by Ukraine. Didn't happen.
“”””Ukraine ( and the EU) are more of a danger to the US than Russia is.””””
Somehow our national defense doesn’t reflect that bizzaro land fantasy, in fact, we are heavily supportive of and close to Ukraine and our weapons and national defense are aimed at your side while our aid enables Ukraine against your Russian/North Korean ground forces and they help us in return.
Not nice to mess with Father Ukraine and their close relationship now with the Mossad.
What is father Ukraine, and did you mean their relation with Israel and the other Middle Eastern nations they are working with to help them with Iran?
