Boeing 737 carrying 181 people

Sounds like an unpleasant flight. Looks like fares are $519 for a cheap seat and no checked luggage. Flight is a little over an hour. Add another hour for check in and security, and you are talking 2 hours vs a three and a half hour drive. Although I don't think there are any Buck-ees on the route.

I'd rather drive (or take a Piedmont Embraer) than to cram into that 737.

Aircraft reportedly struck birds while taking off.

To bad the can’t design engine air intakes that point down to prevent that.
