🚨 CNN is clutching their pearls over the Secret Service doing their job.
Anderson Cooper and Kaitlan Collins spent an entire segment shocked — shocked! — that President Trump’s team used decoy planes, lowered window shades, and even a catering truck to move him after a serious Iranian threat on his life.
They watched him board one plane. He wasn’t on it.
He was already on a different aircraft.
Their reaction?
“Is there any precedent for this kind of deception?”
Yes. It’s called protecting the President of the United States from people who want him dead.
They make it sound like the scandal is that the press got left out of the loop.
Not that Iran tried to kill the President.
Not that the threat was severe enough to force multiple plane switches.
Just that reporters didn’t get to film every second of it.
This is the same network that spent years treating every security measure around Trump as somehow illegitimate.
When the Secret Service actually does its job and keeps the President alive, CNN treats it like a cover-up.
Priorities.

How stuff works describes using decoys and fake outs for the president.
“In a 2016 article, The Drive suggested there may be as many as 20 different limos in the presidential fleet, though we couldn’t get McKenzie to confirm this info. When a president visits, the presidential limo and many other cars in the motorcade (however many the Secret Service deems necessary) — including, perhaps, a spare limo — are shipped to the destination via Air Force planes.
The limo carrying the president is preceded in the motorcade by different vehicles closing streets and clearing the way — often, local police on motorcycles do that job — and is closely accompanied by at least one other limo. The two limos move back and forth, swapping places, during the procession, according to The Drive.
While the motorcade is in motion, highly trained Secret Service drivers execute a classic roving ‘shell game,’ weaving Stagecoach and Spare, or Spares, in and out among each other so that a would-be attacker would have a tough time picking the car actually containing the President. The presidential limousines even have identical plates.”

I was watching this periodically on Flightradar24. I saw something I thought was strange; the “Doomsday Plane” flew out of Sicily at around the same time Trump was supposed to leave Turkey. It flew with two Stratotankers. Southwest of England they met up with two more Stratotankers and the Stratotankers started flying loops, which I believe indicates they were refueling fighter escorts. Then the tankers flew away in different directions and the Doomsday Plane continued on across the Atlantic. I wondered at the time if they had smuggled Trump onto the Doomsday plane but apparently they did not.
CNN has no business speaking of others in cover ups they are masters of it for years.
CNN wants Trump dead...then all who support him dead. Some people are so completely blind.

I bet CNN has no problem with Mamdani’s wife’s upcoming visit to Syria and Lebanon next month - and using NYPD officers for her NYC taxpayer-funded security...

That was my first reaction. CNN was disappointed that Trump was not the assassination target they had hoped for.
The real news in this story is that the Secret Service is actually doing its job for once and isn’t acting like a bunch of incompetent clowns.
Let us ask why, when CNN covered ONLY ONE of Trump’s dozens of speeches that entire year, it was the same speech in Butler PA that an assassin was staged on a rooftop with his regular team of SS agents re-assigned due to two simultaneous Biden White House suddenly rescheduled on the same day as Trump’s speech.
They are still mad that the President turned his head at Butler.
The coolest part of the story is that reporters were on the decoy plane.
I understand they used to move Sleepy Joe around in an ice cream truck....it was the only vehicle he could find on his own, until he kept asking where the the children were.
Perhaps if Anderson Cooper and Kaitlan Collins were shot in the head like Trump was, they would think differently.

The Iranians need to be told in no uncertain terms: touch our President and his family and your country will cease to exist and there will not be a hole deep enough to hide in to escape our vengeance.
Being a decoy is the most useful a journalist has ever been.
