Call it what it is. It’s not over half of the the murders and violent crime. They commit over 80% of the murders and violent crime. They also commit close to 100% of the mass brawls on Carnival Cruise, street fairs, airports, supermarkets, and Waffle Houses. They have a broken culture that voting won’t fix.

Great points, I didn’t consider age in my post, but still believe the number is much lower than 3-4% maybe 1-2% and repeat offenders may make that number even lower
As noted by others here previously, when you take a closer look, the demographics are even uglier. The vast majority of incidents involve males, so reduce the 13% to perhaps 7%. Then narrow it further to include only younger (15 to 30?) cohort that commits most of the crimes, and you end up with maybe 3% of the population committing 50% of the violent crimes in our nation. The destruction of black families (all families, really) hasn’t worked out very well...

If you split the 13% into men and women it leaves less than 6.5% black men. Removing older men makes it even smaller.
Then, after you narrow it down to black males - take it one step further - black males within a certain age groups, with no functional father present in the home.
