Less than a 1% lead? That's all Abdul El-Sayed has after (1) coordinated support from imams, (2) a wave of liberal endorsements, and (3) backing from an Arab Super PAC.

Freep. — El-Sayed's lead in the race was less than 1% when multiple outlets called it for him early.

He is. In the past I thought he has principles, which I don’t agree with, but with recent endorsements I realize he will sacrifice minimal values for a chance to have a leftist victory

There are perhaps 10 times as many Muslims in America as our lying media and gov’t has told us.

Bernie has not quite realized his 15min is just about over.
If the RATS loose both MI and ME senate races, it will be over.

Stevens lost to him by 14,898 votes.

McMorrow with 61,252 was the spoiler.

Is a 2% difference between 1 and 2 enough for a recount?

Between 2 and 3, Sayed got 46,354 less.

If he didn’t get over 50% shouldn’t there be a runoff?

And he did not carry Wayne County that includes Dearborn. Very good news.

The German government does not make direct, annual financial aid payments to the state of Israel, but it pays approximately €1.44 billion ($1.5 billion) every year in ongoing Holocaust reparations, welfare, and pensions. Because roughly half of the world’s remaining Holocaust survivors live in Israel, a massive portion of this global annual fund goes directly to individuals and care networks located there.

Annual funding is broken down through specific channels:

1. Holocaust Survivor Compensation and Welfare
The original 1952 Luxembourg Agreement required Germany to pay direct reparations to Israel to help absorb refugees. Today, Germany continuously renegotiates with the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany to fund survivors globally:

Home Care Funding: For 2026, Germany allocated a record $1.08 billion specifically to pay for home care, nursing, and social welfare for frail survivors.Direct Pensions: Germany spends roughly $535 million annually on direct compensation and monthly pensions to individual survivors.

Emergency Solidarity Funds: Following geopolitical conflicts, Germany occasionally provides one-time supplementary boosts. For example, in 2024, Germany approved an additional $27 million (€25 million) for the 113,000 survivors living in Israel to assist with hardships related to the Gaza war.

2. Bilateral Agreements and Defense Trade
Outside of humanitarian reparations, financial exchanges between the two nations are strictly structured around commercial trade and defense agreements rather than traditional foreign aid:

Defense Procurements: In late 2025, Germany approved a $3.1 billion weapons deal to purchase the Arrow 3 missile defense system from Israel, continuing a multi-billion dollar trend where Germany is actually a major financial customer of Israel’s defense sector.Subsidized Submarines: Historically, Germany has occasionally subsidized a portion of the manufacturing costs (typically around 20–30%) for state-of-the-art naval submarines built by German shipyards for the Israeli Navy as part of its historical commitment to Israel’s security.

3. Joint Scientific and Cultural Grants
The German Federal Foreign Office funds several million euros annually to promote bilateral research. These funds go to shared initiatives through organizations like the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial.

You don’t have to fix an election by much. 1% will do it.

Usually the steal comes with the late vote. Surely the late vote favored Stevens.

He doesn’t strike me as principled. He strikes me as lazy and selfish.

If he had principles he would lead by example and either move to a Marxist / Communist country (picture him with one of those Mao suits they are fond of in North Korea) and show us how it’s done, or he would start a DSA party - separate from the Democrats, and be open about what his and their views are really about.

He targets young people with messages that are dishonest and dangerous.
