Emergency Solidarity Funds: Following geopolitical conflicts, Germany occasionally provides one-time supplementary boosts. For example, in 2024, Germany approved an additional $27 million (€25 million) for the 113,000 survivors living in Israel to assist with hardships related to the Gaza war.
2. Bilateral Agreements and Defense Trade
Outside of humanitarian reparations, financial exchanges between the two nations are strictly structured around commercial trade and defense agreements rather than traditional foreign aid:
Defense Procurements: In late 2025, Germany approved a $3.1 billion weapons deal to purchase the Arrow 3 missile defense system from Israel, continuing a multi-billion dollar trend where Germany is actually a major financial customer of Israel’s defense sector.Subsidized Submarines: Historically, Germany has occasionally subsidized a portion of the manufacturing costs (typically around 20–30%) for state-of-the-art naval submarines built by German shipyards for the Israeli Navy as part of its historical commitment to Israel’s security.

If he had principles he would lead by example and either move to a Marxist / Communist country (picture him with one of those Mao suits they are fond of in North Korea) and show us how it’s done, or he would start a DSA party - separate from the Democrats, and be open about what his and their views are really about.
