Morocco disputes the enclave, but at this point the enclave is beneficial to the global red/green (communist/jihadist) alliance.
As this example shows, it sets them up easily to invade Spain, and more importantly the EU, with 50K or more invaders per event.
Ceuta is lost. Rapes and murders will start in a day or so. Then the savages will start physically taking over peoples homes. Then the idiot lefty morons will start worrying about a “ humanitarian crisis “ - meaning the poor invading degenerates are without proper food, clothing and shelter.
This is a deliberate, coordinated invasion and conquest.
The Spanish government needs to be dragged from their air conditioned office and hung from lampposts.

I never said it was a resolution or bill. It was a note of advice to the administration in the Committee Report attached to the Appropriations bill.
That section was put in by Díaz-Balart who is the vice chair of the Committee and is a top ally of Rubio’s.
He would not have done it without direction or approval.
There are 35 Republican members of the committee and 28 Democrat members. Any of them could have proposed to remove that section from the committee report. None of them did.
They ultimately voted in favor of the appropriations bill on party lines.
Because the invaders are not there to take back "Moroccan territory". They are there to invade Spain and to invade the EU.

But Morocco controls the border with these cities and they wouldn’t have allowed this without the blessing of the “international rules-based order”. They got the green light in April.

I am in favor of armed guards at the borderwith shoot-to-kill orders. The invaders should be given warning — signage and verbal commands — but if they insist on proceeding shots should be fired.
