Good advice, but when you have no other option, you have to do what you have to do.

There was a time when I considered the possibility that Trump was the Anti-Christ, because it said in Revelations that the whole world would "wonder" after the beast, and Trump has indeed produced "wonder" all over the world regarding himself, but his fallibility with the Covid crises convinces me he is not.

He's just a very clever fellow who is usually right.

The problem with that approach is that you’re playing odds without regard for consequences. The U.S. government forfeited any claim on that kind of approach decades ago.

Would you bet $100 on a single roll of a six-sided die, at 6:1 odds? I would.

Would you do the same on a single round of Russian roulette, with the same odds? I sure wouldn’t … though I wouldn’t presume to speak for you.
