So can the "Second Addition". The "First Additions" will soon move to the used book store and thereafter the pulper.

This all won't make much difference once civilization collapses. We are in the latter phases of that.

Oh, which lasted longer: the paper books or the talking rings?

Even without digitization manipulation can and has existed. If you want to waste some time on fun look up how Lord of the Rings was changed over the years. The Dwarfs Dwarves saga alone is quite funny.

Digitization just makes it easier. And if all things get digital much harder to trace.
