I think the legal question is whether you can show, and thus promote, violence against a real person, even if they are a public figure.

The real "legal" question is if the AI video encourages violence against either a leftist politician, or a member of a protected alphabet class.

I agree with this and contemplate the arena to be in the context of what is "parody" vs what is "enticement".

I'd like to know what the legal folks at ops like The Bee or even The Onion stand on the topic. AII AI video may one-day require a watermark. BigGov is salivating. It's not impossible.
