Democrat Governor FUMES AFTER BEING FORCED TO Admit Trump Was RIGHT After THREATENED WITH PRISON!
YouTube ^ | 07/21/2026 | Black Conservative Perspective

Posted on 07/21/2026 2:06:26 PM PDT by SmokingJoe

This video, presented by Black Conservative Perspective, discusses recent reports regarding the registration of non-citizens in U.S. voter rolls, specifically highlighting a situation in New Jersey.

Key takeaways include:

New Jersey Voter Registration Issue: Governor Mikie Sherrill announced that approximately 6,600 non-citizens were improperly registered to vote due to a software error in the state's Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) system between 2023 and 2024 (1:51-2:16, 6:48-7:03). The state reports that fewer than 400 of these individuals cast ballots in elections (7:54-8:02).

Federal Enforcement and Threats: The creator attributes this disclosure to a broader federal push by the Trump administration to secure elections. This includes threats of legal prosecution and the potential withholding of federal funds for election officials who fail to maintain accurate voter rolls or prevent non-citizens from voting (3:23-3:39, 4:21-5:20).

Perspectives on Election Integrity: The video argues that these findings validate prior concerns regarding election security that were previously dismissed by some as "conspiracy theories" (2:56-3:08, 9:08-9:13). The host maintains that even a small number of illegal votes undermines the integrity of the electoral process (8:13-8:41, 12:48-13:02).

Call for Transparency: The host emphasizes a demand for greater transparency in voter list maintenance across all states and criticizes the pace of addressing these technical errors (9:33-10:22, 11:15-11:46).

Repeating from another thread:

Ever notice that these Enemedia stories never report which political party benefitted from these illegal votes?
If the law was broken, why are they always feverishly omitting information on who votes illegally for whom? There’s no, “Voting privacy,” issues when it’s a proven violation of law.

Why does the Enemedia constantly protect that data from public knowledge?
(We all know why, BTW. Starts with a “D”)

Communist Sorosian Secretary’s of State nationwide along with their accomplices in the Enemedia need to all be sued to release this to the public. Then charge them all with aiding and abetting -and toss a few charges of conspiracy with a side of RICO into the mix.

That was just one year…. doesn’t say a thing about how many were registered since the whole motor voter fraud began.

Just remember, Dems didnt bring illegals here to just get a few on voter rolls. It was originally about gaining congressional seats, which they have gained about 25 seats due to illegals, next comes voting in elections

It was not a software glitch. It was a software feature doing exactly what is was programed to do.

Can we say voter fraud by design?

Yeah, these are just the ones that were registered to vote even though they admitted they were non-citizens.

The far greater issue is those who claim they are citizens but are not. And these governors KNOW they exist in large numbers, or they wouldn’t fight to keep their voter rolls from being scrutinized by DHS.

I recently ran headlong into the consequences of “motor voter,” that consequence being that I was unable to renew my NYC drivers license.

Since having left my parent’s home at the age of 23, back in the late 1970s, I moved between several states. Before moving back to (as near as I have to a) “home town,” ten years later, I had a valid drivers license in a different state.

I moved back, got a NYS DL, and forgot about my previous state of residence.

What I didn’t know was that by allowing my license to expire in my previous state, and not telling the Dept. of Transportation that I was no longer using their license, I was opening myself up to having my license suspended. At some point this actually happened. I didn’t know that; I renewed my NYS license three or four times since returning to this state.

This year, my license expired again. I was not allowed to renew on line. No explanation, just my on-line renewal effort just stopped in the middle. I was told I had to go to the local DMV office.

There they told me that my renewal processing had been rejected because I had an “unresolved license suspension” in my previous state. I was shocked, and observed to the “agent” that I had returned to NY 38 years ago, and had no recollection of having my license suspended at any time before I returned. That got me nothing, of course, as one might have expected.

Result: I soon had an expired NYS DL, and was unable to drive anymore. It took several days to figure out how I could get out of this. Eventually I was able to get a form from my previous state’s DMV. I paid a “removal of suspension fee,” and waited. Eventually, I saw that they had deposited the fee (this took 12 calendar days from the time they took delivery of my certified letter, payment enclosed). I tried again to use the NYS on-line renewal process, which completed successfully this time.

Was it over? Not quite.

Last Friday, I got a letter from my previous state of residence, informing me that my license had been reinstated, with 5 points added, due to I’m not sure what.

Why did this happen? I’m not sure, but my guess is that it had something to do with “motor voter,” which came into being sometime during the ‘80s.

So beware! If you left another state between the time of motor voter and today, and you forgot about closing out your previous license, you might wake up one day to an unpleasant surprise.

July 7, 2017 5:08 AM ET The ‘Motor Voter’ Law Heard on Morning Edition By Pam Fessler, NPR

“Voting rights groups fear that the Trump administration’s look into voter fraud is really aimed at weakening a 24-year-old law meant to expand opportunities for people to register to vote.”
. . . . .
1993
Commonly referred to as the Motor Voter Act, the National Voter Registration Act allows American citizens to register to vote when they are issued a driver’s license. Intended to boost the number of Americans who register, the law also requires states to create mail-in registration forms and to
accept national registration forms
created by the Federal Elections Commission. In the first full year after implementation, more than 11 million new voters had registered to vote.
. . . .
Note description of the law says “American Citizens” but the national form all states must accept does not say “American Citizens”.
. . . .
the Motor Voter Act made registration easier but also made the process “much more open to voter fraud.” Experts like Deborah Phillips of the Voter Integrity Project add that the trend toward mail-in and absentee voting exacerbates this problem ... 3/14/2001 John Samples, CATO

individuals who do not affirmatively opt out become automatically registered to vote
. . . .
the NVRA similarly sets guidelines for offering voter registration services at government agencies that provide public assistance, including federal programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), Medicaid and more.
. . . .
Arizona has tried (and tried again) to enact documentary proof of citizenship laws, but the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that Arizona must accept these federal forms because the NVRA preempts Arizona’s citizenship requirement.- Democracy Docket
