America remains deeply divided over whether the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Donald Trump. Millions believe the system failed them, while the media, intelligence bureaucracy, and the left have treated their doubts as something to suppress rather than investigate.
The documents released this week by the Trump administration do not close the case. They reopen it – and make the “nothing to see here” narrative indefensible.
Start with Communist China.
The released intelligence reports that approximately 220 million American voter records are in Chinese hands. Tens of millions of records across 18 states were bought, stolen, or hacked and included names, addresses, phone numbers, party preferences, and other sensitive information.
That does not prove China changed a single ballot. It does prove Beijing possessed a political targeting asset. When a strategic rival aggregates enormous datasets and applies modern analytics, it gains the ability to identify, target, and influence American voters at industrial scale.
The most disturbing disclosure involves the Presidential Daily Brief – the president’s most sensitive and consequential intelligence product. In one released email, an official wrote: “We have deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.”
In a separate internal chat, a counterintelligence official boasted: “I’m basically running a shadow government across the FBI at this point.”
The left has spent years ridiculing concerns about a “Deep State” as conspiracy theory. These revelations make that ridicule look increasingly like camouflage.
Then comes the voting-system reveal.
A Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency report included in the administration’s document release identifies weak access controls, outdated operating systems, flat networks, inadequate monitoring, and legacy remote-access pathways across state and local election environments. During multiple penetration tests and red-team exercises, CISA assessors gained full control of election-office networks within hours or days.

We need more than just the SAFE Act to have secure elections.
Facts are meaningless to Democrats so a whole lotta nothing burger.
This SOB needs to be hung from the nearest lamppost as an example to all others but he's (or she's) probably still on the taxpayer payroll.

When you need a photo ID to do anything from getting on a plane to buy a six pack of beer, you can’t make a reasonable argument that you shouldn’t need a photoID to vote. Even third world countries require a photo ID for voting. I also think we have been too dependent on technology for voting and these new revelations show how foreign actors can easily get into our voting system. The lame arguments that requiring a photo ID or proof of citizenship will disenfranchise married women, the elderly, minorities etc.is so patently bogus, I can’t believe that anyone other than leftists believe this nonsense
Indefensible? We could have video of the Democrats forging false ballots and the media would still say that there is no proof.
Efforts to ensure honest elections are a “threat to Our Democracy”. [/s]

Speaking of investigations and "denying the evidence," patriots need to start publicly questioning why 12th Amendment (12A) electoral rules for POTUS of constitutionally limited power (hint) federal government are being totally ignored. Most of the states have not been complying with 12A for a long time (imo) and patriots need to demand answers.
In fact, 16th Amendment (direct taxes)-loving, corrupt political party state winner-take-all laws for electoral votes are a blatant violation of 12A imo.
Excerpted from 12A:
The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; [emphasis added]- The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;--The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; ...
Patriots also need to get an answer from Trump why his institutionally indoctrinated advisors have evidently not asked him to make sure that all spending bills pass the Madison Test before he signs them.
Regarding the Madison Test, note that the 14th Congress in the time of President James Madison (4th pres.), Madison generally regarded as the father of the Constitution, had found some EXISTING tax revenues and got all happy about spending it. So Congress drafted the Bonus Bill of 1817 to use the taxpayer dollars to improve military readiness and commerce by authorizing the construction of roads and canals intended to facilitate moving troops and manufactured goods. But Congress had based the bill solely on the General Welfare Clause (GWC) which turned out to be a BIG mistake.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 1: The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States [emphasis added]; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
More specifically, while Madison AGREED with Congress that the bill would improve transportation, he diplomatically clarified in his veto explanation that while the GWC authorizes Congress to tax and spend, he reminded Congress that the Constitution's drafters, Madison himself a major player, had intended for the clauses that followed it in Section 8 to limit what Congress could spend tax dollars for, no mention of roads and canals for Congress's purpose for the Bonus Bill. Madison also noted that the bonus bill didn't even pass Congress's traditional "wild card" excuse for justifying spending, the infamous "Necessary and Proper Clause."
The legislative powers vested in Congress are specified and enumerated in the eighth section of the first article of the Constitution, and it does not appear that the power proposed to be exercised by the bill is among the enumerated powers, or that it falls by any just interpretation within the power to make laws necessary and proper [emphasis added] for carrying into execution those or other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States. —President James Madison, March 3, 1817: Veto Message on the Internal Improvements Bill
Note Thomas Jefferson's advice on interpreting Congress's limited powers complimented Madison's veto.
In every event, I would rather construe so narrowly as to oblige the nation to amend, and thus declare what powers they would agree to yield, than too broadly, and indeed, so broadly as to enable the executive and the Senate to do things which the Constitution forbids. —Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.
Getting back to 16A, it is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for organized crime, front-ended by deep state Congress, and desperately needs to be repealed.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear too.
Until those amendments are gone, all that the foolishly amended Constitution has done for our politically correct democracy is to give us citizen tax slaves the power to vote for, and then re-elect, our 16A-abusing masters.
The response of so many people who pooh-pooh that has been "So what? It is easy to get information like that. It only takes a request and a fee."
Which is true.
My first thought was not how they would acquire that information...my first thought was: why would Communist China want that information? What would they do with it?
Is it just the tendency of every authoritarian surveillance based government to have a file on every person they can possibly surveil for whatever purpose, or is there something else behind it?
DISCLAIMER: I am just spitballing here from what I know, and there is plenty I don't know, I admit. I only go from what I know in my locality. There are people who may read this and think that nobody would go through this kind of process to accomplish election fraud. But think about how much money (and power, which is money) is at stake depending on the outcome of an election. There is the motive, absolutely. I am just hypothesizing about means.)
If you knew who the registered voters were...and on a given Election Day, you knew who had actually cast a vote either at the polling site, or via scanning in of mail-in ballots...and who hadn't voted...in real time, say...in the hours leading up to the close of the polls, would that not be one way to be able to cast votes that look legitimate but...are not?
This all assumes that access to current voting databases (who showed up to cast a vote or mailed one in) that if you had a list of all voters in, say, Maricopa County, and in real time, as voters arrive or mail in ballots are scanned in flipping the value in the database that indicates the voter has voted, if you could narrow down the list of available voters (who had not yet voted)?
As the hour of the close of voting in Maricopa County (just using that as an example) approaches, and the list of people who have not cast a vote grows smaller, the probability of that voter actually casting a ballot actually begins to plummet. In a soundly constructed voting system, that probability should hit zero for walk in voters at the polling place when the polls physically close for Maricopa County at 8:00 PM MST. For mail in voters, there would still be some degree of probability that would shrink as the postal time for postmarking approaches midnight, and then vanish as the postal delivery pipeline lag shrinks.
So.
What if you have a shrinking, but still sizable list of voters who have not cast a vote before midnight or whenever that postmark cutoff is? Well, we know from the revelations that voting systems, which we hear repeatedly are NOT accessible via a network...actually are. See this graphic below from Dominion some years back...and there is a great big yellow lightning bolt titled "Optional Modem Transmission".
What if you had access to mail in ballots via real time-on demand printing of high quality ballots that were indistinguishable from the real thing? Sure, there is supposed to be signature matching on mail in ballots, but...does anyone really believe that any honest and valid signature matching is taking place?
In 2024 Maricopa County had 1.5 million voters on its rolls, and 610,000 of them voted. That means that at midnight (or whenever the postmark cutoff is in Arizona) there would be a pool of 915,000 voters who did not cast a ballot.
And what if you knew (this data is also available) whether or not voters cast ballots in the last four election cycles? Would that be useful? Of course it would. Because if you had a pool of 915,000 voters who had not cast a vote before the postmark cutoff at midnight, and you knew which voters had NOT voted in the last four election cycles, you could eliminate ANY voters who DID cast a vote in any of the last four election cycles. And that is a list of voters who are almost CERTAINLY not going to cast a vote THIS election cycle, especially not with the close of the postmark deadline only an hour or two away. You might end up with a list of valid voters on the rolls who never vote, and there might be as many as 250,000 to 500,000 voter names you could use to manufacture fraudulent votes.
I have heard in the past that as few as 80,000 votes, cast judiciously in key places around this nation, can swing a Presidential election. And this is one county. There are 3,244 counties in the United States. Some may have a list of voters who never vote that number in the thousands. And some might be like Maricopa County who have never-voters that number in the tens or even hundreds of thousands.
Note: That data (who voted in that last four primaries, and what their party affiliation is) is indeed available. I myself set up databases with that exact type of data obtained from my town in order to try to target likely voters so we could do mailings to those people. That is legal, and for good and valid purposes. So there is nothing to stop people from getting that same data, and trying to glean out who did NOT vote in elections
What if you had access to the names in that pool of people who were HIGHLY unlikely to vote, and you could have high quality mail in ballots printed simply by filtering your database and running a print job, and that print job printed ballots and envelopes (indistinguishable from the mail in ballots sent by Maricopa county?)
You now have fraudulent ballots, for all intents and purposes, from real voters on the rolls that would be nearly impossible to winnow out by ANY forensic process. It would look like a secure and safe election, wouldn't it?
People will be able to poke all kinds of holes in various parts here. For example, they would claim the voting systems aren't hooked up to a network. Then they would claim that if it is, it is only for transmission. And even if there were a way to manipulate anything, the databases and systems are password protected. And so on. But the point is...it is all possible, even if only relatively remotely.
I know it won’t happen, but I encourage Freepers to do something unusual and slowly read Article II of our Constitution.
Think about its corruption by time and the two political parties.
Sad.
