How will ABC and NBC explain THIS damning ‘flashback’ to Trump and the American people?

ABC and NBC showed the entire world that they’re basically nothing more than leftist state-run media. The two broadcast giants decided not to air an address from the president of the United States to the American people because they decided it was a “conspiracy theory” to suggest any wrongdoing with the controversial, sketchy, and ridiculous 2020 election.

Biden told the American people that MAGA was a threat to the very foundations of the republic. He openly trashed more than half the country, and ABC and NBC were perfectly fine with it. They had no problem watching American citizens smeared as “domestic terrorists.” But God forbid President Trump discuss intelligence pointing to shady foreign activity surrounding the very goofy 2020 election.

If you can't hate the media enough.

But one of the commenters summed up my thoughts on the matter:
Trump's address to the nation last night will have the immediate effect of sending a ton of liberal authors at the NYT and the Washington Post and many other liberal news outlets scrambling for cover.
Because IMHO, they have a pretty good idea that the DOJ most likely has a list of all of them who have been paid by their Communist Chinese overseers for years to heap praise on their country while denigrating our president and our country.

And I would love to see criminal charges drop like a ton of bricks on their treasonous a***s. Except for the most braindead, the idea that the media is being paid to propagandize for a hostile foreign power won't sit right with people.

Compare it with Trump-Russia affair.
For several years, Trump admin was affected by this unfounded allegations that Trump has been somehow helped by Russia in 2016 elections.
These allegations were pretty much limited to some “dark money” contributions of Putin to Trump.
Even the worst allegations did not come even close to this Chinagate.

They have been doing this for decades, including when Clinton was president. The fact is, even when all the networks aired every presidential address, a lot of people would change stations to watch the Mets or Merv Griffin (in New York, different objects elsewhere).

Network broadcasts are no longer the 800 pound gorilla they once were. CNN not showing it, on the other hand, shows hypocrisy as this is news, and they are a news station, with no Movie of the Week or crime drama to pre-empt at a loss of millions.

If I remember my communication classes in college, the individual stations/ channels have FCC licenses not the networks. The nets can actually own IIRC only five stations.
Now those stations are likely NYC, DC, LA, CHI, and somewhere depending on the net. Figure to be Houston, SF, Atlanta, Denver or St Louis

True at one point, but now even bigger corporations own the networks. Rules were changed from 5 stations to 5 VHF and 2 UHF stations to 12 stations. Now the networks have an overall cap: they can’t own stations serving more than 39% of the national population.
