People with HIV are at higher risk for almost every health problem. HIV weakens the immune system. Treatment for HIV just further weakens the immune system.
Your tax dollars fund Medicaid. Medicaid costs are a barbell.
The biggest weights on that barbell are bad lifestyle choices.
The biggest cost weight per person is non-HIV treatment and the HIV treatments of a person with HIV.

I'm not so sure about that, but the treatment causes other serious problems, including kidney function decline, reduced bone mineral density, and liver enzyme changes. Over time, these can spiral into other life-shortening conditions.
It's not a theory - people did it successfully for centuries.
Anyone notice after the “vax and boosters” there’s now vaccines for RSV, Shingles, monkey Pox and a couple other fairly rare problems?
Sure, but are people with shingles at higher risk for HIV? Maybe on cruise ships?
A couple of years ago, some drug company happily announced that they were going to combine the flu shot with the covid shot. If they can do that, then they can combine the clot shot with any vaccine. I don’t think any drug company that does this will make it known now.
