How about burying that person under the jail?
I assume he can get bail.
Your honor, my client came back to the USA three times.
The proper term, coined by Conserative Commentator Jay Severin, is "Crimalien".
I think DHS should recruit and hire jailed American inmates so the problem does not expand past the jail. It would be a great way for us to show compassion for jailed Americans.
What would DHS do if they got their hands on him?
They can’t lock him up for a few years for violating state law.
The prosecutor thinks he should serve time and DHS merely deporting him would prevent that.
Perhaps federal law might provide that:
Each alien who commits a felony and reenters the USA without individual authorization of the Attorney General shall be deemed to have a committed a felony and shall be punished by being incarcerated in a federal penitentiary for the longest period of time the alien could have been imprisoned for all previous felonies committed after this section of federal law went into effect, or such lesser period of time the Attorney General may choose that is at least 12 months long.
Go to the jail. Arrest anyone who interferes.
Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

Now, he is one of the ones who should be shipped just wherever. Somalia, Liberia, Qatar - it doesn’t matter. Make it more difficult for him to get anywhere.
This is one for a father on the phone at someplace for a chance meeting.
She’s in Heaven - while he is going to HELL!

UPDATE: Thanks to President Trump and @SecRubio, this convicted child rapist has been removed from our country.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Trial, conviction, sentencing, and carrying out of sentence. It could all be done in an afternoon with this murderer.
I find it despicable that anyone would even consider letting this guy out of jail.
From July 7, 2025: “On June 20, Democrat Gov. Josh Stein vetoed two controversial bills aimed at tightening state and local enforcement of illegal immigration, setting the stage for his first override battle since taking office in January. Two weeks later, Stein vetoed four additional bills that call for a state-wide end of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and limiting transgender and LGBTQ rights, which he said “would marginalize vulnerable people and also undermine the quality of public services and public education.”
“Senate Bill 153 and House Bill 318 — the pair of bills targeting immigration — along with the four recently vetoed bills, will return to the Republican-dominated North Carolina General Assembly, where the GOP only needs one Democrat to cross party lines to override the vetoes. The NCGA, however, notably no longer has a Republican supermajority.”
You get what you vote for, North Carolina.
I read about an Irish woman who was executed for re-entering Britain after having been deported. That used to be considered a serious crime in civilized society.
(An illegal immigrant who has been deported three times has
been charged in a July 3 crash that killed a 6-year-old girl
in North Carolina.)
Wow 😲
