A gin brand co-owned by Ryan Reynolds in Portland has closed a bar just four years after it opened.
Aviation American Gin's Tasting Room and Visitor Center held its last tasting on June 28.
'Thank you for all the memories, Portland. Stay weird,' a sign hung on the door read, according to Willamette Week.
The bar was opened in 2022 to promote Reynolds's gin brand. The actor once called the tasting room a 'Disneyland for adults.'
The closure comes amid a sales slump for Diageo, the drinks giant that co-owns the brand with Reynolds.
The London-based beverage giant was down by 15.4 percent in spirit sales between January and March of this year in the US alone, according to The Spirits Business.
'After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close the Aviation American Gin Visitor Center in Portland, Oregon,' a spokesman for Diageo said.
'This decision reflects evolving business needs, as we continue to support growth ambitions for our Aviation American Gin brand.'
'Aviation American Gin remains an important part of Diageo's portfolio and we are committed to the brand, our customers and consumers.'
The Daily Mail has reached out to Diageo for comment.
Production has been moved to an existing facility outside Portland, said a spokesman.
The decision to move production comes as the city struggles to keep its residents from leaving.

A four year run is not a “disaster”. A niche business like that is a big of a crap shoot, regardless if where it operates.
Portland Oregon is a messed up town. But alcohol and beer wine sales are very down nationwide due to health trends. Ozempic is a factor. And people not having the money to squander.
MacDonalds is down 6% year to year. People are not spending what they do not have.
The struggle is real!
Fortunately Ryan Reynolds has sufficient wealth of $350M that he can absorb bad business decisions like locating a new business in crime-ridden Portland Oregon.
Alcohol sales are down nationwide. Many micro breweries have evaporated.
Gen Z is not interested in drinking at all.
Especially in Portland. So many niche bars.
That would be OK if they would just stay out the local bar.
Making those bad movies? Wasn’t he the Green Lantern in that awful movie.
Are they saying gin sales are sloe?
“The actor once called the tasting room;
“A Disneyland for adults!”
“Are they saying gin sales are sloe?”
Gin sales are not fizzy these days
Without tonic, lemon, questionable water and sweltering heat gin would not be fit to drink.
lol
They are still making the gin. Just not in Portland.
If you would like more information about what’s happening in Oregon, please FReepmail me. Please send me your name by FReepmail if you want to be on this list.
Now that I know that Aviation gin is owned by Diageo, I will be sure to avoid it.
Should have opened a gay bar instead.
“ Alcohol sales are down nationwide”
$15 for a twelve pack might have something to do with it.
