A reporter tries to tell Tucker Carlson that Elon Musk is “undermining” Britain’s democracy.He bursts out laughing, and it’s not about Elon at all. It’s about Britain.
REPORTER: “Can we take a moment to talk about Elon Musk? Because there are many in Britain who are concerned that he is trying to undermine Britain’s democracy.”
TUCKER: “Britain’s what?”
REPORTER: “Democracy.”
[Tucker looks directly at reporter, sees she is serious, then laughs]

I watched the movie and while, I agree with the premise, the movie itself was rather dull. The “anti-hero” is made out to be more of a psychotic than a vigilante saviour, imo. In an earlier verision of such work, Charles Bronson in his role as a vigilante, was more of a reluctant one, with such endeavours thrust upon him, Not so in this updated version. It was worth the price, free-so I do recommend watching it on elon’s X account before it goes away.
Is there any way to watch the movie without going on to x?

What I love is how much him posting it is pissing off the authoritarian censors in both countries. Germany technically is not supposed to be able to ban this. They simply refused to rate it because “muh politics” so it could not be distributed. No doubt the British political establishment did exactly the same for the exact same reasons.
Its perfectly fine to do something like Django Unchained or Sinners in which Black people get revenge on White people but GOD FORBID you do that in reverse. That would be RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRACISSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

The first “Death Wish” movie was really good. Tight, and with a good script.
Unfortunately, each of the following sequels got worse and worse. Sloppy and unrealistic scripts. Quick attempts to cash in on the title, I guess.

I watched it as well. Your review is spot on. It is technically reasonable, but Death Wish was a better movie.
I thought the brothel scene was unnecessary, but Death Wish had its rape scenes. Modern movies appear to be required to have explicit sex in the movie.

People don't need to embrace racism. What they need to embrace is not being afraid of false accusations of racism. Embrace noticing when others....specifically brown people....commit crimes or otherwise engage in bad behavior and call it out. Embrace insisting one standard for everybody. Embrace recognizing facts like certain cultures are better than others, certain cultures are backwards and some populations are less intelligent than others. Those aren't biases. Those are facts.

Noticing patterns doesn’t make you racist. It makes you not retarded/blinded by idiotic ideology.
Not what I would call “entertainment”, but more like a message to “authorities”. Quite bloody and gory, but the message itself is directly on point.
If the powers that be continue on their current path, then this type of “reaction” is exactly what should be expected, and I can see this happening all over the world, just not quite so clean and technical as presented.
If you enter the zoo and see people running out of the hippopotamus area covered in poo, you would stay away from the hippos for that visit.
It was perhaps too long but i think many missed the point. This is not a good guy or a hero. We see he is a pretty ruthless slumlord. We he goes to the brothel it is in a building he owns and the girls look like they are trafficked. Ultimately, he is more concerned with a spot of mold on the wall than the plight of the girl he is screwing. I think Ewe was trying to add some complexity to the character.
