Obama, whose roots are African rather than African-American, rose to power by hijacking the racial resentments and guilty left behind in America after a history of slave and segregation he was never part of.
Now, the one trick pony is at it again, announcing the opening of the grim fortress of a museum in Chicago, on ‘Juneteenth’, trying to link his time in the White House as a notable event for black people up there with the end of slavery.
It’s another cynical and despicable hijacking of American history to serve his own vanity and ego.
The reality, as most black people will admit, is that the Obama era hardly left them better off unless you count his role in launching the nationwide race riots of BLM.
The Obama era was good for the Obamas. Much as the ugly scar on the skyline of Chicago that some are calling the Obamalisk is good for the Obamas. After wrecking the area and blowing through half a billion dollars that could have been far better spent in the black community, the ‘Obamalisk’ is yet another monument to one man while doing nothing for the black community except hijacking their history for his power and profit.

It is a holiday for Texas, biden, obama, and a few others.

I actually like it that he appropriated this absurd holiday for anyone but Texans.

I never had a problem with it as a Texas holiday, that was a fine thing for them as far as I am concerned.
Heck, we in Massachusetts have a State holiday on March 17th of “Evacuation Day” when the British abandoned Boston due to the cannons brought down by General Knox from Fort Ticonderoga which made Boston completely indefensible for them. A good holiday for Massachusetts.
But for the nation? Of course not.
Can’t stand “Juneteenth”. The stupid folk grammar aspect of it grates on me every time I hear or see it outside the parochial context of a Texas state holiday.
Obama has taken race baiting to a whole new level. He’s a master baiter.
