A survey from the Partnership for Public Service also found that a majority of Americans oppose the Trump administration’s changes to government.

The opener was enough for me. Have fun with it.
Depends on where your bread is buttered.
Most people are idiots.
Partnership for Public Service
Inotherwords another crap leftist poll.
My observation as well.
They polled themselves.
Indeed. I spent almost a year going round-and-round with trying to get SS benefit when widowed, going as far as getting a call from the Fed. level. If a young, fat, black woman in the local office is processing a white, Boomer woman’s paperwork, and chuckling while doing it, well...might as well go wait for Godot.
I know they’re not Feds, but the Memphis Fire Department guys saved my life after I was run over and nearly killed by a drunk driver.
“Partnership for Public Service”
Yeah I’m sure they ran a completely unbiased poll. They probably used mail in ballots.
Well, I don't want to believe that.
I not at all sure but I think there are a LOT of women that work in all parts of the government nowadays. Local, state and fed. So maybe feminism has become an almost overpowering force at all levels of government....maybe. (?)
There are plenty of great things done by police, firemen, military, ICE, crossing guards, and even clerics at the SSA, OMB, etc. These guys are not it, however.
“Partnership for Public Service,” eh? Sounds totally unbiased. lol
A Chinese national once told me that individually people are quite intelligent, but as a mob they go insane.
And then there’s the Suffragette song from Mary Poppins
“...Although we adore men individually, we must admit that as a group they’re rather stupid.”
People can be highly intelligent—but if they are brainwashed by “experts” there are very few willing or able to do the hard work to break the spell.
That requires determination as much as intelligence.
“...a majority of Americans oppose the Trump administration’s changes to government”
I wonder how that answer was worded. “Do you oppose Donald Trump’s evil plans to take away your social security benefits?”
“Why, yes. I hate that man. So do all my friends here in Vermont, including Bernie Sanders, that dear man.”
“Thank you very much, Mrs. Sanders.”
“Partnership for Public Service”
In my book (1) the polling outfit is not a bipartisan outfit to begin with, and (2) “most” Americans get their idea that most government workers are bipartisan from a media that is not bipartisan.
Great video.
In college I was on the debate team—and some of the debates were “off topic”.
What that meant is that the topic was intentionally nonsensical—and we were given no warning what it was.
It tested the skill of rapid generation of convincing arguments proving nonsense was valid.
Considering “Man on the Street” interviews by late night hosts, or Jesse Waters, Fox News, etc... most Americans know next to nothing about political news, or things we would consider common knowledge.
They don’t say that government workers ARE bipartisan, only that they SHOULD be.
Personally, every time I hear the word “bipartisan” the hackles on my neck go up. Everybody’s partisan about something. The question is, do you, a civil servant, let that color your treatment of people who don’t share your personal beliefs. Do you abuse your power when given the opportunity.
