This is not helping those that want to stand against “racism.”
For some, no matter what was said or done, no matter what the outcome and how things were handled in the aftermath, they will ALWAYS side with the black person merely because they are black.
That folks is racism in its unadulterated form.

Such a person has no business being in government in any position.
They can’t see past race in any decision they make and that makes them a “racist” even if they are black and think this makes them immune to such a label.
If Metcalfe were black, would their response have changed? That is the question the people upset over this need to be asked.
Honestly, I think that Carmelo got a reduced sentence because he is black. If he’d stabbed a black teenager, he’d have gotten life. And it wouldn’t have made anything more than local headlines.
