Karmelo Anthony’s grandmother, Toni Hayes, was caught on camera leading chants of “Racist! Biased! Prejudiced!” as she left the McKinney, Texas, courthouse, where Anthony, 19, was convicted of murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison.
“They sent a MESSAGE that a white person can hit a black boy and get away with it! They can do whatever the **** they want!” she said from her car.
She is further seen making hearts with her hands as supporters send her off.
Bystanders are seen sending her off, screaming, “Free Karmelo” and chanting, “Racist! Biased! Prejudiced!” as they surrounded her car and sang praise.
Hayes also repeatedly chanted “Racist! Biased! Prejudiced!” before stepping into her car.
WATCH:
As The Gateway Pundit reported, 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony was sentenced to 35 years in prison after a jury convicted him of murdering then-16-year-old track and football star Austin Metcalf.
Metcalf was brutally stabbed to death by Karmelo Anthony in April 2025 during a championship track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
Supporters of Anthony claim that he acted in self-defense, stabbing the white teen to death, but numerous eyewitnesses testified that Anthony was the aggressor and instigated the fight.
Anthony filed a notice of appeal on Wednesday, looking to challenge his conviction.

I turned 21 in prison, doing life without parole
No one could steer me right, but mama tried, mama tried
Mama tried to raise me better, but her pleading I denied
That leaves only me to blame ‘cause mama tried

"They can do whatever the **** they want!"
I am glad I haven’t seen those, and will continue to try to avoid them.
Sick just thinking about it.
Ghetto garbage trash culture. Avoid them.
Grandma looks to be around 30 years old, give or take.
The fatigue is fatiguing.
So it turns out Karmelo is a victim after all — of having absolutely horrible role models in his life.
“ I have a solution for this.”
Repeal of the Civil Rights Act would be a pretty good start.

Protesting outside a courthouse can cross into criminal activity if the actions interfere with the administration of justice, threaten officials, or incite violence.
While peaceful protest is protected by the First Amendment, demonstrating immediately outside a courthouse is heavily regulated.Potential crimes committed in this context include:
1. Obstruction of Justice
This is a broad, commonly charged crime that includes any act intended to impede, intimidate, or influence the judicial process, including sentencing.
Picketing near a court: Protesting with the intent to influence a judge, juror, witness, or court officer is a criminal offense.Influencing Jurors by Writing/Speech:
Attempting to influence jurors outside the courtroom is a federal offense.Witness Tampering or Retaliation: Yelling threats or demands at witnesses or victims’ families.
2. Harassment and Threats
Intimidation: Expressly threatening a judge, prosecutor, or witness, which can be charged as obstruction or intimidation.
Aggressively targeting individuals, such as the family of a victim or defendant, with threatening or vile language.
3. Assault and Violent Crimes
Assault and Battery: Physical altercations that occur when protests turn violent.Rioting/Unlawful Assembly: Engaging in disorderly conduct that breaks the peace or refuses to disperse.
4. Public Order and Safety Offenses
Resisting/Obstructing Legal Process: Blocking access to the courthouse or interfering with officers serving legal papers.
Disorderly Conduct: Using fighting words or engaging in unruly behavior that disturbs court operations.
Weapon Charges: Possessing weapons in prohibited areas during a protest.Legal Distinctions
Public vs. Private Property: While streets and sidewalks are generally public forums, many courthouses have restricted zones (e.g., California Penal Code Section 169 PC).Intent:
The key factor is often the “intent” to influence, intimidate, or obstruct the administration of justice.
The families behavior shows where the murderous little man got his life lessons from. Victims till the 25th century.
Been 161 years since 1865. They really should go after the Arabs who were the main slave traders for over 1300 years from 700a.d. till nowadays. The Arabs partnered with the Swahili at times. Go after the swahili...
Disgusting family.
Thank you. Did I miss mention of him in article?
“’They sent a MESSAGE that a white person can hit a black boy and get away with it! They can do whatever the **** they want!’ she said from her car.”
I fail to see how the “white boy” got away with anything. Karmello Anthony did not get the death penalty, but Austin Metcalf did.
Headline probably in some outlets:
Grieving Tearful Grandmother Copes With Racist Jury Sending Beloved Grandson To Prison.
So basically they are saying lethal force is appropriate if someone dis’s a black kid. AND that blacks are not allowed to be held accountable when they commit heinous acts.
Sounds like black privilege to me.
As always, they blame their failures on Whitey.
White people CAN do a lot of things, but stopping a knife at the skin is not one of them.
‘His family is clearly horrendous’
They’re nothing but useless pavement apes.
What black community leaders. JJ is dead and Al Sharpton is silent as the tomb.
