Watch the "journalists" at CNN freak out when one of their guests, Veronica Escobar of El Paso, says a verifiably false thing that CNN knows will get them sued into oblivion.

He was found guilty by a jury of his peers ... it is incredible how much comfort and cover they give to a convicted felon and to someone who has ... an adjudicated case of rape.
The pro-Trump guest is specifically telling Representative Escobar to watch her mouth and not call Trump "guilty" of rape. And then Escobar charges in, insisting he was found guilty.
This is a lie, and even Dana Bash had to make sure she was clear that CNN didn't claim any such thing.
They sure don't want to get sued for $15 million like ABC.

People used to respect the Constitution. Now, they won’t even allow a political opponent his 6th Amendment rights.
The person who ‘testified’ in a civil lawsuit against Trump LIED to the Jury and the Courts. The court should have stopped the process right there, but it was in NYC so it was a political circus and not a real trial (She said that she wasn’t financed or supported in her claims against Trump). This like the other ‘trials’ in NYC prove nothing other than we have a political ‘judges’ in NY State and not a ‘justice’ system. Eventually, everything they did will be overturned, and they knew it at the time. They were looking for ‘political’ improvement before an election. Just like when Joe Biden and his AG ordered the Margo raid, when they didn’t have evidence.
Truly, what is more dangerous than an entire US state declaring it’s justice system to be a joke, or a single woman taking millions of dollars to make an ‘accusation’?

New fiscal year coming up. The libs can afford to pay out more money as their new budget can be shifted for expenditures. That is how leftists usually get away with not being sued. The first person who makes the claim is very cagey about how they say it with lots of qualifiers. Then it gets misquoted without any qualifiers. Then everyone on the left believes the lie and keeps repeating the …. according to …. Part.

I do believe that was Nancy Mace that gave her the chance to take it back and she just got more vehement. Tells you more about her rage than knowledge of the mea culpa of George Stephanopoulos that cost ABC.
