Not commneting on the candidates, but note the huge vote differnce between the distrcts. I do suspect it is influeced by urban vs rural districts.

District 18 61.2% in
C. Menefee 21,678 68.6%
A. Green 9,930 31.4%

District 24 59.5% in
K. Burge 7,248 79.7%
T. Ware 1,842 20.3%

Correct. Only those Democrats who voted on the Republican Ballot in the Primary can vote in the Runoff.
