I've noticed that user ransomnote ( https://freerepublic.com/tag/by:ransomnote/index?tab=comments;brevity=full;options=no-change ) publishes numerous X posts every day.
I work with AI every day, and it feels like maybe he's just set up an AI agent/bot to pull from X and share on FR throughout the day. Kinda weird.
I asked him about it in a comment, and he didn't reply.
I don't want to be the blog police. But I was curious if FReepers are OK that an increasing number of FR posts are simply shared from X. Or if we'd prefer that news articles from online publications are shared instead.
I've been here a while, so I figured I earned the right to ask the question.

Ransomnote has been posting for a long time, in years past mostly interesting medical studies.
In general I would prefer that people did not post X stuff here because I don’t, and will never have an X account it is annoying.
I have never met Musk, I considered trying to do that, but I have met more than enough f’d up billionaires already.
Musk is interesting, but seems to have better taste in tech than women.
If he is just pulling from X, who cares?
Blog pimping is something very different. I am pretty sure he is not driving enough traffic to X to monetize himself.
Is that what concerns you? I like a lot of the stuff he posts.
Conversely in this age where non traditional media breaks news, the customer of requiring a MSM citation to open commentary here seems archaic.
Often we are subjected to the worst yellow journalism not because the FReeper agrees but just to get a non-vanity subject rolling. Then the discussion floats around the MSM lies rather then the news itself.
I have no heartburn with X posts. I respect Ransomnote and enjoy his contributions.

You also might want to ask the FReepers if they are OK with Kane at Citizens Free Press posting an increasing number of posts simply shared from X.
In today’s media environment, the main stream sources are usually late or non-responsive to things that are happening.
If you are conducting a poll, then I have no problem with X postings on FR.
I dont blame him for ignoring post replies.
I very rarely ever look at replies to my comments because often time I got someone butthurt about what I said and I do not care to respond.

I’d rather a serious debate on why FReepers in general are Ok with DS corralling DJT into a conflict which assures that his agenda will be derailed rather than just FINISHING THE JOB.

What I've seen is the youtube videos are songs or clips for a laugh or a groan.

I’m okay with it. Some other guy put a button on Gateway Pundit that auto-fills everything for a post on FR. I like that. Makes things way easier.
