Sounds like the judges are involved in the corruption. At least the magistrate judge who ordered the destruction of the smoking-gun emails regarding vote manipulation in Antrip County, but whatever judges put the gag order on Patrick Byrne should also be indicted as part of the conspiracy.
I hope Joe DiGenova has all this information and has Patrick Byrne on speed-dial.

AND the discussions were about changing vote tallies to make their different kinds of fraud all line up.
AND the judge in Eric Coomer’s defamation lawsuit against Patrick Byrne put a gag order on Byrne even while J6ers, Trump, etc were being defamed as seditionists.
AND the magistrate judge who is associated with Kamala’s husband’s firm AND the Venezuelan govt told Byrne he had to destroy those smoking-gun internal Dominion emails discussing the methodology to smooth out the “evidence” regarding the various forms of election theft that were done in MI.
I hate to say it, but I really wish all this could be picked up by somebody easier to listen to and a bit more organized. Every time I hear Emerald Robinson talking with Patrick Byrne it’s more like a private conversation between geeks, talking about particulars that the public doesn’t know. I probably would know more if I listened to Emerald regularly, but the “valley girl” mannerisms, slurred words, etc make it really tough to listen to her for long. I don’t mean to diss her in any way; she seems to have good information and to understand it, but it’s just really hard to listen to her. And the conversation gets kinda disjointed, which is exacerbated by Byrne leaving sentences unfinished. It’s like there’s a big rush to get the info in, so it gets a bit garbled. I’m thinking about listening again and taking notes so I can try to have the story clear in my head.
What would be great is if Patrick Byrne and/or Emerald Robinson went on a show with somebody like Stephen Gardner, who goes through issues systematically and calmly.
This matter is really not news to me but some facts are, just now, being revealed.
Remember when Mike Lindell had commissioned what seemed like a legion of cyber security experts and statisticians, who uncovered the fraud of the 2020 election (and in particular Chinese involvement in it).
Everyone labeled him a crackpot. That all got buried somehow and I don’t know why!
It’s the machines skynet has taden over.
Problem is many people don’t distinguish between the actual vote tallies collected by each county and Sec of State of each state and the published BS that is displayed on TV. which is going to be a feed of not real vote totals but RS feeds from the county via princeton, etc. Plenty of ways to screw up RS feeds both on the pitching and the catching side.
Between Lindell's efforts and the reports separately published by Richard Charnin, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, John Lott,and Peter Navarro, a Harvard PhD, there was compelling evidence of election irregularities and fraud.
Nancy Pelosi's fire drill at the Special Jan 6 Session of Congress effectively put a damper on the sole purpose of the Session, which was to consider evidence that might lead the Congress to determine whether any part of the election was invalid.
After certifying the election, the legal arm of the election winner's admin and the R party in opposition had no official interest in the issue.
I haven’t gone through all of it yet, but have gone through enough to help out anybody who, like me, might be getting lost in the names brought up, etc.
Basic background is that Fidel Castro got ahold of Hugo Chavez when Venezuelans were protesting in the streets so badly because they were starving from his communist takeover. Castro said Chavez would lose the referendum to stay in office unless he created an election-theft system for Venezuela. So Chavez did that, with Venezuelan government money. They created Smartmatic and stole that election to keep Chavez in power and eventually to put Maduro in power also.
They became Sequoyah which later became Dominion, but they kept the corrupt source code. A democrat named Carolyn Maloney raised concerns about Venezuela-associated election systems in US elections and Arnold Schwartzneggar’s integrity panel refused to let Smartmatic/Sequoyah be used in CA because they had determined that it had been created to allow election theft. But after changing the name to Dominion and with the aid of USAID and Soros money, swing states (and 72 other nations) were influenced to use Dominion (including in CA where Schwartzneggar’s successor got rid of the body to check the security of voting systems). And the first time they used it to steal a US election was in the Chicago primary in 2008, to get an Obama win that propelled him above Hillary. Chavez had said he wanted Obama in.
Before the 2020 election former CIA superstar Gary Berntsen had information that this was all going on. He was doing asset recovery for banks and his informants within the cartels asked if he wanted to know about election theft as well. He did, so they told him the story. He was still gathering slam-dunk evidence when 2020 happened and Sidney Powell and Rudy Guiliani came out with “the kraken” before there was irrefutable evidence to prove the case.
Since then they have acquired sworn statements of at least 12 Venezuelan whistleblowers who were involved in the theft, and in this interview Byrne mentions somewhere around 35 who were telling the whole story. The story was that there are 14 different methods to steal an election, and engineers in Venezuela worked a year ahead of time to figure out which methods to use in which areas. The vote totals that would be plausible and defeat audits were fabricated in databases that were then uploaded to the state systems through a Huawei server in Serbia, and using voting machines that were built in China, sent to Taiwan, and shipped from there since it was illegal to use Chinese equipment. The machines were built with backdoors to allow cheating.
After 2020 there were the defamation lawsuits that Dominion filed. In 2018 Kamala’s husband’s law firm, Venable, bought out 76% of the Dominion shares through Staple St, which it also owned. Moxila Upahdyaya was representing Venable, the nation of Venezuela, and Nicolas Maduro personally in 2022, when the judges in the DC circuit elected her to be a magistrate judge which heard cases involving J6. She was in charge of the arraignment of Trump on 2020 election reversal charges in late 2023.
One of the defamation cases was by Dominion’s Eric Coomer, who allegedly told a zoom call of Antifa people that he’d made sure Trump couldn’t win the 2020 election. He sued Patrick Byrne and made a bunch of statements that he later had to contradict in sworn statements when directly confronted - including a sworn admission that the Dominion server in Serbia (which was set up by John Brennan’s company) indeed did have access to election systems in the US. BUT, he said, only for “maintenance purposes”. In the Tina Peters case we saw that what Dominion called “routine maintenance” was actually destruction of database logs, which is where the insertion of the fabricated “results” database from Serbia would show up.
Byrne was given access to records for the defamation suit against him, and in 2023 he received copies of internal Dominion emails where Dominion, including its CEO John Poulos, asked the Head of Development in Belgrade, Serbia to alter the results of the vote in Antrim County, Michigan. The data was changed 3-4 times as Dominion tried to “get it right” to cover up the various forms of fraud they had used there. According to Byrne in this interview, the Serbians were “VPN-ing and creating virtual machines to change results”.
At that point Moxila Upahdyaya gave Byrne a gag order against mentioning any of that content, supposedly so that potential jurors wouldn’t be influenced. Byrne asked Upahdyaya’s boss, Judge Nichols, to be allowed to give copies of the emails as evidence to law enforcement. He received no response so he did give it to law enforcement, if I’m understanding him correctly.
Recently, at the request of Dominion, Judge Upahdyaya ordered Byrne to destroy that evidence because Dominion had a different name now: Dominion Liberty (the same name laundering used to cover the Venezuelan source code used in Dominion).
Byrne’s attorney, Stephanie Lambert, had been a prosecutor with 2000 cases under her belt. She responded by saying that this evidence is pertinent to many investigations currently underway and that ordering her to illegally destroy evidence of a crime this large is tantamount to extortion of her. She sent a criminal referral to law enforcement, seeking to have criminal charges filed against Upahdyaya.
At this point Judge Nichols - who had worked within the DOJ to write the legal justification for secret NSA offices within AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc to spy on all Americans - has to decide whether he will join Upahdyaya in ordering evidence destruction regarding an international election theft conspiracy.
Patrick Byrne has written a book where he said that the Senate Judiciary Committe under Chuck Grassley and Pat Leahy had given him “extraordinary judicial latitude” to disrupt the takeover of the US government that was underway. He said in this interview that he was ashamed it had taken him this long to defy the illegal gag order placed on him in 2023.
The discussion (as far as I’ve gotten this 2nd time through) is about the fund to compensate those who have been victimized by the Biden regime’s lawfare. Byrne has spent a LOT of money to fight the lawfare protecting this foreign-domestic hybrid election theft (IIRC he said $100 million).
I’m hoping that this fund was set up because the story of people like Patrick Byrne will soon become very public through prosecutions of the election theft. Not just some little people voting when they weren’t eligible but this whole seditious conspiracy. I knew it involved John Brennan but didn’t realize that Kamala’s husband’s company bought out Dominion even as the Venezuelan engineers would have started work on how to steal the 2020 election.
What’s interesting is that the 2020 theft relied SO HEAVILY on Covid-19 to create out of thin air 10 million extra “votes” never seen before or since. This was necessary because Trump’s lead in 2016 had been too large to be stolen. They needed more votes to overcome the overwhelming Trump votes. And the mail-in ballots gave a supposedly-plausible explanation for the extra “votes” (many of them with no creases from mailing, no signature verification required, etc along with the truckloads of pre-filled (for Biden alone) ballots from China and the masses of fake ID’s from China as well, just as Covid-19 was from China). The Venezuelan election theft was subsidized by not only Venezuela but also by Cuba, China, Russia, Iran, and Serbia.
I’m wondering what, exactly, Kamala’s husband knew in 2018 when his company bought 76% of Dominion shares. Covid was in China in October, 2019 but I remember speaking with a woman in the summer of 2019 who talked about having earlier had a flu that was worse than anything she had ever experienced, and I remembered it because we talked about the schools that had shut down for a while because of such terrible sickness. When Covid popped up I couldn’t help but wonder if what she had was actually Covid.

The power of these emails is that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand them. One of the very severe limitations we have in our judiciary is the IQ and attention span of the average randomly-chosen juror. Some of the stuff is complicated, the crooks will lie and make such a stink nobody can tell what is true and what isn’t, and the judges provide BAD direction if any.
These people were caught in the act. Coomer has had to admit in sworn statements that Serbia DOES have access to the elections systems in the US, and these emails confirm it wasn’t “just for troubleshooting and maintenance” as Coomer claimed. So he’s already been caught in one sworn lie (when he initially said Serbia couldn’t access the system in the US), and now he’s being caught in another (when he swore the access was only for troubleshooting and maintenance). We know that the records destroyed during “routine maintenance” in CO were actually database logs, so that supports the Venezuelan whistleblowers’ claims that the steal was often done through a falsified database inserted into the system.

I must have missed some stuff; hard to keep up with everything with all the real-life stuff I’ve been going through. Do you have a link about what they found regarding Chinese involvement? We already know some about the truckloads of pre-filled ballots (for Biden alone) from China and the bunches of fake ID’s from China. We also know the role of Covid-19 in getting ballots “mailed” (cough, sometimes without any folding) to everybody, to achieve the 10 million extra “votes”. And we have the Venezuelan whistleblowers’ statements about China being in the cabal that was stealing elections worldwide. So I’m interested to see what you can point me to from Lindell’s peeps.

It makes sense that it’s taking some time. But we definitely need to be praying because it will take a miracle to get juries that will understand the evidence and do right in spite of the threats of murderous “Legion” demons.
Mike was on it before anyone else, and was most outspoken. Some people have certain God-given gifts and abilities that make no sense. He is able to look at something and recognize deviations that would normally take AI to decipher in a short time. He knew; nobody believed him.
(Is he still running for office in MN? Haven’t heard much about it lately.)
