I started using a password manager about 10 years ago (KeePass), and switched to a paid Keeper account about a year ago after great experience with my company's enterprise/gov Keeper.
I don't have to remember 250 passwords.
I have backup copies of the passwords and SSH login keys.
I can have impossible-to-guess complex random passwords.
I can change a password when I'm sleepy or tired, and as long as have the habit of changing it in Keeper first and then in the application, I don't worry about forgetting it in the morning. If I drank (I don't) same thing.
