I use this. It helped recovery with a stroke I Had about 7 years ago. Probably something they should administer in Senior centers.
I use it, too. I do a lot of vigorous hikes and a bit of resistance training in the gym. I’ve been on a weight-loss and sarcopenia prevention journey since last July and my muscle mass has increased as weight has come down. Is it doing anything? Who knows? But my numbers look pretty good and I’m preserving muscle mass at 74.
