Video shows the moment an alleged drunk driver mounts the sidewalk and chases a child riding a dirt bike in a shocking incident in a leafy Washington state neighborhood.
Wendy Clemente, 56, was arrested for allegedly trying to mow down the child in her vehicle while under the influence, the Spokesman-Review reported.
Horrifying cellphone footage taken by a neighbor shows the car turning toward the boy riding his dirt bike while Clemente honks her horn repeatedly on a street in the upscale Pacific Northwest town of Cheney, Washington.
“This woman is crazy,” the neighbor is heard saying as the silver Ford Focus swerves at the child, before reversing and aiming straight at him, video shared Monday by the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office shows.
Clemente yells something at the child, who looks back and appears to respond before riding away, at which point the car accelerates toward him along the sidewalk.

“She’s trying to run this … Oh my God … You’re kidding, oh my God,” the person filming is heard yelling.
Deputies were initially called over reports of a burglary about a mile away from the incident, after a caller, who wasn’t home, said they had seen someone trying to open doors on live security cam footage.
When officers arrived at the caller’s home, they found Clemente and the silver Ford Focus.
During her arrest, Clemente attempted to kick a patrol deputy, according to a police report from the April 28 incident.

I hate when kids ride dirt bikes in my neighborhood but I never thought to run one of them over!

One saturday night I was driving a van down the sidewalk of the bars and restaurant strip of Coronado, Ca, you should have seen the people leaping back into the businesses.

Yep...Several on this site really hate kids and motorcycles. One excused the psycho and said the kid was taunting her... Several on here actually make excuses for the violent psycho when she used a 3,000 pound vehicle and chased the kid down the sidewalks. I guarantee these people popping off like this never saw anyone ever go under the wheels. Probably a bunch of shut-ins.
