Susan and Robert Levy, the parents of murdered D.C. intern Chandra Levy, believe their daughter’s interest in UFOs may have played a part in her death 25 years ago.
The Levys spoke exclusively to NewsNation about their speculations on “Jesse Weber Live.”
They said they believe their daughter’s knowledge of and curiosity about UFOs may have contributed to her death.
The 24-year-old government intern disappeared May 1, 2001.
She was interning with the Federal Bureau of Prisons before her disappearance.
Her disappearance was thrust into the spotlight when Levy was romantically connected to then-California congressman Gary Condit, who represented Levy’s hometown of Modesto, California.
Police maintained the congressman was never a suspect and Condit was never charged.
“Chandra mentioned something that she knew about the UFOs, that Congressman Condit was on the (House Intelligence) Committee to learn about UFOs,” Robert Levy said.
“She says, ‘Oh, he believes in UFOs like I do’ and that he deals with this stuff,” Susan Levy added. “So then it left me thinking, knowing Chandra, she’s very inquisitive.
“Could she have known something that she wasn’t supposed to know? And could she have been wiped out because she knew too much?” she speculated.

The couple added they had “been told not to touch this subject.”
Susan Levy said as many as three years ago at a “Contact in the Desert” UFO conference, she felt “a strong, intuitive thing coming from me that there’s a possibility there may be a connection” between her daughter’s death and CIA involvement.
“We don’t know what really goes on in the government. So many of us don’t know the truth about many things,” she said.
“I’m stepping on a limb. I’m asking for disclosure. Someone knows the truth of what happened to my daughter, Chandra, and what has happened to a lot of other people who have disappeared, gone missing, that have disappeared in some mysterious ways,” she added.
In May 2002, a hiker discovered Levy’s remains in a secluded area of Washington’s Rock Creek Park, a few miles from her Dupont Circle apartment. Her death was ruled a homicide.
In 2009, Ingmar Guandique was officially charged with Levy’s murder while serving time for other assaults in Rock Creek Park in 2001.
Guandique was convicted in 2010 of Levy’s murder, but was granted a new trial in 2015 when it was revealed a key prosecution witness may have provided false testimony. In 2016, prosecutors said they wouldn’t seek a retrial. Guandique was released and later deported to his native El Salvador in 2017

Oh... NOW it FINALLY makes sense...
🙄🙄🙄
Condit...who campaigned as “The Family Man”. Hey Gary...I think you got away with murder. Her purse, phone was left at home. If you go running in a park...you take your phone. If you meet a lover...you just bring you.
Look, squirrel!
We know a Congressperson would never brake the law.
Not sure I agree about Occam’s Razor. If the illegal alien killed her, it’s quite a coincidence he killed that particular woman, when her and her pregnancy were about to tank a representative’s career. Too much of a coincidence for me.
Gary did it.
I thought it was pretty much established that an SOB played a role in her death.
I didn’t know she was pregnant.
I had never heard that. I just remember that 9/11 took this off the airwaves.
I never even knew they had tried to pin her death on this guy in prison until today.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
since chandra was dead . did the congressional sexual harassment pay off go to her parents... if they could come up with a good story?
Is that a pic of The Orgy Club — Condit, Scarborough, and Kasich?
CONDIDIT! What a DUMBASS bunch of family!!
seems to me.....The Levys..........no different that the Lewinskys that thought their daughters having affairs with married men was FABULOUS as long as they were POWERFUL DEMOCRATS!!!!
I don’t think either family said that, did they?
It’s incredible what Democrats can come up with
The father of the girl raped and murdered by an illegal blamed President Trump
The father of the gal raped and murdered in D.C. by a black man blamed President Trump (Corrina Mehiel)
It’s like they intentionally go out of their way to the stupidest, most irrational conclusion possible
White Social Justice Warrior Dies at Hands of Black Killer
Nobody had to tell Corrina Mehiel about the white privilege that killed her. It was a major focus of her life as a white Social Justice Warrior disguised as an artist.
Just a few days after she was photographed with Nancy Pelosi grinning in approval, friends found Mehiel tied up, stabbed, tortured, and ultimately dead at the hands of El Hadji Alpha Madiou Toure, a black man arrested driving her car and using her debit card.
He said he didn’t do it.
Mehiel was white and down with the cause, so Mehiel thought the cause was down with her. So did her friends. A fatal mistake:
“Awful,” said Rafer Hoxsworth. “I wonder if the suspect would have spared her had he known how hard she fought for social justice during her life.”
“Awful,” said Rafer Hoxsworth. “I wonder if the suspect would have spared her had he known how hard she fought for social justice during her life.”
She is hardly the first preacher of the gospel of relentless black victimization to die at the hands of black people whom they sought to protect from relentless white racist violence.

In Oakland, David Ruenzel, a white writer for the Southern Poverty Law Center who was among the first to write about that thing called White Privilege, met a similar fate in an Oakland park — documented on these pages.
Then there was the Baltimore t-shirt vendor for Black Lives Matter, robbed, beaten, but still alive. And the old white dude who was trying to convince a group of Black Lives Protesters in Berkeley not to loot the Radio Shack. They hit him on the head with a hammer for his trouble. He lived too.
Her belief in black victimization came, she said, at an early age when her mother read to her the book that would change her life: It Takes a Village, by Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Hillary’s book may have neglected to mention that black on white murder is wildly out of proportion: And how a black person is 27 times (at least) more likely to murder a white person than vice versa.
Down in Jacksonville, Florida, a white music teacher told a black man that she did not want to hire him to clean her yard. He killed her. For the music teacher and mother of four, it was her second time around the block: 23 years ago, another black intruder broke into the same house and almost killed her.
For the killer, it was his 33rd arrest.

Black Crime Claims Life of Apologist for Black Crime
David Ruenzel knew, better than most, about the white privilege that killed him.
As a writer for the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of this favorite topics was rooting out racism. And how white racism is permanent. White racism is everywhere. And white racism explains everything.
This mantra of the Critical Race Theory and the Southern Poverty Law Center applied to all white people because, even if they were not personally cracking the whips, or breaking the skulls, white people benefitted from a racist system that did all that — and a lot more.
Ruenzel was writing about white privilege for the Southern Poverty Law Center as far back as 1997 — long before it became the rage at college campuses, newsrooms, churches, high schools and even grade schools.
By the time of his death, Ruenzel had accumulated many of the trappings of the white privilege he exposed: The job. The home. The intact family. And most importantly in his case, white privilege endowed Ruenzel with an expectation of safety in the Oakland neighborhood where last week two black people are suspected of killing him.
This is the kind of atmosphere that David Ruenzel helped to create with his early and oft-cited work on white privilege for the Southern Poverty Law Center. The kind mentioned in his obituaries. The kind that blinded him to the dangers of being a white person in a black neighborhood in Oakland.
And something is even worse among those who would deny it — or explain it away.
Like Ruenzel.
“Some liberals, most of which are ego-soaked, look for ways to support their self-perceived importance so they champion imaginary causes for that purpose,” Newburn said. “They are adult-children who feel free to construct fantasies about their greatness. Their narcissism in part functions to blind them to inconvenient realities. So to compensate, they idealize the targets of their misdirected and pathological ‘caring.’”
The enablers are just as guilty as the predators. More Newburn:
“They perpetuate misery by defending the indefensible such as widespread black predation and other crimes. It causes too much cognitive dissonance and confusion, and it doesn’t comport with their imagined status as a great liberator and defender of their chosen imagined, downtrodden group.”
Today, Newburn is an adjunct professor of psychology at Lake Superior State University. But for the last 30 years, he toiled in Michigan courts and prisons as a forensic/clinical psychologist. That’s a long time watching white liberals trying to ignore, deny and condone black mob violence and black criminality.
“Reality will only disrupt their fantasies as all-knowing and all-protecting avengers. Maturity is sometimes defined as when a person ends illusions in their thinking, and accepts reality, no matter how distasteful. I apply that same definition to the grounded, peaceful, law-abiding, sane, and stable.
“Over the years I’ve examined and found a trait of sociopath in most liberals. They have this sadistic gratification in creating or fomenting social chaos and conflicts, then, presenting themselves as ‘above it all,’ they arrive to fix the problem they themselves caused or perpetuated. Think of it as mental illness. A Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome, but on a very large scale.”
Ruenzel is hardly the first enabler of black violence to believe he was exempt from it, as urban pioneers are finding throughout the country.
Newburn calls that “death from willful ignorance.”
That’s tough talk about a recently deceased husband, father and teacher whose death moved a lot of people to remember him with affection.
Tougher still for other victims and their families who had nothing to do with this insanity. Or even knew it existed so widely and so deeply. So fatally.
Liberals are in denial of reality in almost every situation it seems
