Taxpayer funded pro-illegal immigration groups are demanding millions of dollars from LA residents to help them attack ICE and fund day laborer hubs near Home Depot sites.
The groups are already getting $1-million-a-year from LA City Council, and are now demanding a $2-million-a-year funding increase to help them fight against ICE operations and maintain buildings outside the hardware stores.
The hubs offer everything from restrooms to free legal services and employment advice to day laborers, all paid for by nonprofits funded by taxpayers.
Socialist councilmember Eunisses Hernandez has backed the move that would see groups like the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) rake in more taxpayer money to support illegals.
“The work centers have been a rescue due to the conditions we have been living in. That’s why I’m asking that the budget be increased to $3 million for these work centers,” Hernandez asked the City’s Budget and Finance Committee in meetings this week.
The extraordinary demands come as LA’s $15 billion budget meetings rage on, meetings that heard police claim they don’t have enough officers or funding to properly secure the 2028 Olympic games.
Susan Collins, a Sherman Oaks resident who has repeatedly spoken out on city spending, pushed back sharply on the proposal to increase funding for day laborer trailers.
“I’m a first-generation American. I support immigration and value what immigrants contribute,” Collins said. “But when the city tells taxpayers there isn’t enough money to keep streetlights on or fix our roads, this is not the moment to triple funding for these trailer programs.”

It is illegal under federal law to knowingly house, conceal, or harbor an undocumented immigrant to shield them from detection by authorities. Under 8 U.S.C. §1324, this constitutes a felony that can lead to fines, imprisonment (up to 5 or more years), and charges for “bringing in and harboring”.

And where exactly does this money go? In a strip center near my home, a huge black guy collects funds to “Stop School Violence”. Same thing. In his pocket. White Suckers walk up to him all the time saying “what a wonderful cause”.

I noticed in my area a few days ago that the illegals aren’t hiding out anymore.

I went to a Culvers in a burb a little NE of Indy a couple days ago. There was nobody behind the counter that was not a probable illegal. Only a couple could spew out a little broken English.
Obviously, employers are still not paying a slightest price for hiring illegals.
Seems it was all a big joke on us.
The easy way to get rid of illegals is to cut off the money. That means dry up the jobs. It’ll take less than 100 employers charged and convicted to turn off the private sector money. Probably the same for welfare

Not going to happen. You have to be serious about this and apparently the PTB are not, maybe never were beyond campaign rhetoric.
I appreciate getting rid of some crooks, but more illegal crooks are unearthed all the time. It isn’t enough. They drive really nice cars while Americans struggle. They take up housing, keeping rents and housing high, while getting generous bennies and free healthcare. Some actually ripping us off. Which is why they are here.
A person I know with a relative in Texas has told me that the husband of that person was just creamed in an auto accident caused by illegals. This kind of thing happens daily. So sick of it.
We need to limit the ability of Democrats to buy votes by placing middle-class tax caps in the federal constitution.
Enter in bills for two constitutional amendments:
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TAX AMENDMENT
Levies on any residential property of less than 2799 square feet of finished living space shall be no higher than the 2019 dollar amounts for the property, or for a newer or since resold property no higher than what it would have been levied at for 2019 if it lacked owner specific tax breaks, increased by 3% per calendar year since 2019 and by any percentage increase to its finished living space.
FEDERAL PERSONAL INCOME TAX AMENDMENT
Federal taxation on personal income shall be progressively capped as follows:
below 20% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 10%,
below 50% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 22%,
below the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 30%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 100,000 largest recipients, 35%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 10,000 largest recipients, 40%.
Fighting in Congress to send middle-class income and property taxation cap constitutional amendments to the states would make Congress turn deep red come 2027.
The high-income people have the Laffer Curve effect to protect them.
Where is ICE?
More import tariffs and less Marxist income taxes.
