Former FBI profiler Jim Clemente tells "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" that Nancy Guthrie likely coughed up blood on her front entrance as she was being abducted late Jan. 31 or early Feb. 1. "This is probably where she made her last stand," he said.

The case is so ancient, SunkenCiv is reporting on it. Just kidding, thanks.
LOL!
That whirling, grinding noise you may be hearing is the sound of Murder Case Investigators furiously spinning their wheels.
They remain stuck in the same gritty sands of nearly three months ago, (Feb. 1st) when Nancy G. was last seen.
They can’t seem to roll out of this same muddy ditch.
Meanwhile, local Sheriff Nanos has been permitted to remain “in charge” of this case. If anyone knows why Nanos has not been replaced by now, they have chosen to keep quiet about it.
Cartel did it.
I figure that poor lady is already dead.
Even if she didn’t meet her end at the house, she died soon thereafter without her medications
I will lay odds that it’s someone in the family.
Your 1st link I believe is it.
She got sick and the kidknapper(s) weren’t aware of or prepared for how fragile she was.
Tragically the very worst happened and as disgusting as it is, her body was disposed of in some manner as to never be found.
“I will lay odds that it’s someone in the family.”
Would you mind explaining why you think that?
I see no upside to it being a family member.
Wake me up when it’s over.
How many months has this bone on? On the front page, no less.
I’m with you...
Money...
They investigated and cleared the other daughter and son-in-law. The famous daughter was in New York at the time, has no apparent motive, and I'm sure they dumped her electronics.
“I see no upside to it being a family member.”
It seems that you aren’t an ID addict. Life insurance is a biggie when it comes to motive. Of course, a body would be helpful if insurance is a motive.
There are some greasy muddy in-laws with that clan. Would not surprise me that this is ultimately traced back to them.
Probably one of them went to granny, begging for money. She said "No!". That rebuff got their hot greasy blood boiling, and enraged them.
RIP Nancy. My your killers fry.
Or instead of air bubbles that could simply be where a CSI dabbed the blood spot with saline and a sterile swab during the collection of evidence.
Unless those photographs were taken before investigators arrived on the scene?
RE: Kidnappers didn’t know how fragile she was....
Back when I read just about every new Elmore Leonard novel he said in an interview that most criminals are dumb. At the time I disagreed. Then I gradually saw he was right. Their supposed master plans are riddled with holes and leftover evidence.
They probably slapped her to stop her from screaming and she started bleeding as they dragged her out. Then she lacked her prescriptions and was in a state of panic so her health got worse.
“Cartel did it.”
Kidnapping is fairly common in Mexico. One of my coworkers had to ransom her brother who is a doctor in Guadalajara. Cartels probably don’t mess with it, they can make more money without attracting the attention that kidnapping brings.
