There are two potential situations here. And they both need to end with bodies swinging from ropes.
Either:
1) This did happen and the people who refused to follow the President’s orders need to pay
or (far more likely)
2) This never happened and the people who are claiming it did need to pay

Something happened regarding Judge Nap during Trump 1.0. Possibly Judge Nap was not given an appointment he desired. Possibly he lost his spot on Fox News. I don’t remember exactly. Whatever was the impetus, Judge nap did a complete flip from pro Trump to anti-Trump.
As a retired Emergency Action Controller I can assure you that:
1: The President does not have codes that release nuclear weapons! All he has are authenticators to verify his identity to those who do have such control.
2. If the President orders the use of nuclear weapons there is no General or anyone else who can stop it, only advise beforehand.
3. Anyone who would attempt to physically stop the President from issuing such an order or would interfere with anyone involved in executing the order would be subject to the use of deadly force.
So NO that did not happen!
It’s like that scene in (second?) Captain America movie where CA fights a whole squad of door-kickers in an elevator.

My guess is that if Trump said anything it might have been whether the use of a small tactical nuclear would be feasible to use to destroy underground hardened facilities and the General explained why that would not be feasible in the current situation and then Trump agreed. If the President wants to use nucs nobody can stop him. Presidents are given that authority and no liberal judge or General can take it away!
Did Larry Johnson get this information from Eric Ciaramello or Adam Schiff? James Carville?
I don’t want to credit the rumor, but given that we are at war with Iran and the IRGC might do anything, including unleashing a nuke we don’t know about specifically, I would HOPE the President reviews nuclear options and procedures frequently.
