Ready for a mental workout? 🧠 A Cryptogram is a classic quotation puzzle frequently featured in daily publications. I source the best and most challenging ones to help keep our minds sharp and boost cognitive health!
In a Cryptogram, a single letter always stands for another letter.
(Example: AXYDLBAAXR might translate to LONGFELLOW. This is just an example and does not apply to today’s puzzle.)
If this is your first time, don’t be intimidated—the game is very addictive, and you will quickly master the technique! If you find yourself stumped, simply take a break and return to it later. ☕
Please follow these guidelines for the best experience for everyone:
Feel free to post a fun or clever clue—the more tangential to the quotation the better! Just remember that your clue must not contain the actual words of the solved quote.
Good luck, and enjoy the challenge! 🍀

You have to look at my clue to see exactly what I think about this author’s quote!!!!
IT’S SAD AND A CIS PATHEPIA THAT SHE THINKS IT’S A MAN’S WORLD.

Yes, apple I got it. The people who “fought” to win a place in the cubicle were fighting for the right of other TBZDP to to toil therein. Not themselves. They were going to be the top [female canines]. Everyone was going to be Hillary Clinton. A truly pathetic and demeaning aspiration, fostered even to this day at Wellesley College.
Thanks.
Yeah, if this is what passes as a quote worth deciphering, I've done my last one.
I could find this leftist propaganda from any raging lesbian feminist on video at a street protest about "The Patriarchy".
This isn't Reddit, TikThot, or Democrat Underground.
It’s a fair amount of effort and commitment to post these daily/regularly. Nikos started this some 5 or more years ago now and at one point needed help or the thread would die. While some quotes may not be likable as others, let’s not be critical of the thread or FReepers doing the work to provide this daily mental exercise. Otherwise it may disappear.
I don’t mind the quote - you have to know thine enemy.
So... Leftist propaganda, or otherwise nothing?
That's the same reason people justify watching the NFL after the NFL publicly spit on them and all Americans.
Then post about the enemy. Don't waste people's time burying it without context in a cryptogram.
I’m with you on that.
When I worked today’s quote, I was immediately seized by a gut reaction of disgust and disdain for the expressed sentiment and its source.
Then I thought, “just let it pass without comment. You’ve already got enough of a reputation for abrasive candor.”
I’m surprised to find myself in good company on this one, based upon several other comments.
I do enjoy working the daily cryptoquote and very much appreciate the effort made by the (volunteer) staff to provide it for us and to notify us regulars that it has been posted, with a handy direct link. No hit on all the FRiends who are kind enough to do this for our benefit. We appreciate it very much.
I do look at the daily quote puzzle as a useful mental exercise. I strongly prefer classic literary wisdom or insightful cultural commentary rather than inane puerile imitation humor or other meaningless drivel. That way, when I have expended a bit of my limited store of time and effort to complete it, I don’t instinctively wish for a refund of both.
This is supposed to be a fun thread. Find something to poke humor about the quote.
If you think you can find anything better in your local gazette paper, feel free to share.
A bit of exposition on the reasons for my initial feelings. Rap, hip hop, their “stars” and the associated cultural expressions are a poisonous cancer on our society. They are a daily source of degradation and cultural decline, leading us to an eventual collapse of all that is good and right in America. They are helping turn us into a future North American Zimbabwe. I hate them. I don’t celebrate them.
