New court motions for Robinson's trial, show lab reports not only deemed findings INCONCLUSIVE, they also say that the BULLET fragment COULD BELONG TO MANY MAKES/MODELS OF GUNS.

The problem is the bullet casing was left in the rifle. That and the rifle as well as the towel that the rifle was found wrapped in had Robinson’s DNA. DNA evidence always gets them.
