It’s amazing how dumb society has become.
Maybe we were always this dumb but we didn’t have the internet to confirm it?
The fired cartridge case comes back to the recovered rifles firing pin and it has his DNA on it. The unfired cartridges have his DNA on them. The stock and possible other weapon locations have his DNA on them. The towel he wrapped the gun in before hiding it has his DNA on it.
The email to his lover has him stating he needs to recover the rifle.
His father stated the rifle was the one that was gifted to him.
The video has his approach and egress from the crime scene.
Often the fired projectile gets so damaged you cannot unquestionably prove it was what came out of the barrel of the rifle in question. It also doesn’t prove that it DID NOT come from that weapon.
Add up the totality evidence/circumstances and this should be a slam dunk.
I’m guessing he will attempt a plea bargain after all the evidence is provided and expert witnesses testify to it.
Just my 2 cents.
Was it actually established that the gun they call “his gun” was the same gun that he had with him earlier when he did the shooting? After the shooting he was recorded taking a gun apart with a screwdriver, but leaving the screwdriver behind on the edge of the roof before he jumped down to the ground. The gun they found supposedly along his pathway away was not taken apart. How do they know it was the gun they think it was? How would he have put the gun back together if he left his screwdriver on the roof?
The narrator said LEOs recovered the rifle close-by. I never could see a rifle in this video as he climbed down off the roof.
😵 Nooooooooooooooooo!
Correct. It means absolutely nothing.
Good summary. Thanks.
One of the objectives of the Left is to make people doubt every bit of information, every government organization, every action-everything.
Because it generates anxiety and chaos. And people who are full of anxiety in chaotic situations are easier to manipulate and control.
Don’t get me wrong-skepticism is a heathy thing, especially in today’s AI-rich society, which is getting AI-richer day by day.
But at some point, you have to accept that potential evil exists not just in government but in everyday people-or to put a finer point on it-all of us.
Sometimes it is just a nutbag who shoots people from a clock tower.
Really
Fat right wing America is all talk
And black gun fetish
The whole point of all the JFK conspiracies is to make people forget that a Commie did it.
Yep. Morons who think they are brighter than normal people.
Just as I thought! /s
And then there are “chemtrails” and the government being able to steer hurricanes. “Stop the insanity!”
Thank you, PT.
Don’t be surprised if they recovered DNA from the screwdriver and that the tool marks left on the screw head(s) used to assemble the rifle could only have come from that screwdrivers tip.
Kind of like every firing pin leaves its own microscopic signature on a fired cartridge case that could ONLY come from that specific weapons firing pin.
People might not like or trust the FBI, but their forensic teams/unit is unequalled in the world, IMO.
It’s tough to beat factual science (unless you’re OJ!)
That is an excellent point, FRiend.
The screwdriver was used to assemble the weapon, as he had separated it in order to carry it under his clothes. He did not disassemble it afterwards.
Because of the distance and the pixelation in the image, you can only see the rifle barrel if you slow down the video frame by frame. But its there.
Watching Cronkite that day, he was just sure it had to be a Right-Winger that did it.
And it's a tactic used by the defense to create doubt.
They didn’t add that it can’t be matched to ANY gun; it’s too damaged. Journalists ... pffft!
