I apologize. thought you were being a jerk, but then I realized you misunderstood my intent. You thought I was asking people to do my research I was asking for opinions.
There are a bunch of PHP Frameworks out there. Laravel is pretty popular. They’re beyond me. An alternative is a CMS/Portal where you’re not starting from scratch. They’re somewhere between Laravel and WordPress. I’ve tried a few but always got stuck at a basic site because I’m not a coder.
SilverStripe, ProcessWire, MODX, TYPO3
Of those, TYPO3 seemed like the slickest one.
For straight up frameworks, Symphony is popular. Zend has become Laminas Project.
