Surprise! 'Malcolm In The Middle' Reboot Gets Dragged Online For Being Woke Slop

Remember "Malcolm In The Middle," that show from the early 2000s starring Frankie Muniz and Bryan Cranston that was a hilarious look at growing up in a lower-middle class family at the turn of the century?

Well, Disney, being the absolute Dr. Frankenstein that it is, just couldn't let the series die with the times, and decided to resurrect the once-popular sitcom, releasing it to an unsuspecting populous.

Behold, "Malcolm In The Middle: Life's Still Unfair."

Well, that looks like some harmless fun, right?

They hit all the bullet points from the original series: the brothers are still nuts, Hal and Lois are still doing their best to embarrass their kids all these years later, Bryan Cranston is still shaving naked in the kitchen for some reason.

Seems like business as usual, right?

Oh, how naive you are.

You probably couldn't tell from that two-minute teaser trailer, but "Malcolm in the Middle" has apparently gone just a little woke.

Hollywood caters to the streaming crowd, not to the masses, they want everything for their elite only.

Woke = anti-hetero-male-Christian

Should take it to the courts

It is going to crash and burn just like every other Woke show. Horrible Wokefest Star Trek Starfleet Academy was rumored to only get 40,000 viewers per show and was quickly shown the exit. When the lead clips marketing this POS are the trans character talking about how they never felt normal, the same thing will happen to this. BTW, can they come up with something original? I’ve been forced to watch way to many shows with trans characters and the trans character always - ALWAYS - has the same character arch. They are the good friend but just a sidekick with no real character development. Then they get a couple minutes in one show to talk about how they never feel normal. And. of course, there is a show or two where the white frat boys bully them. Its so boring. The last good trans character was Michael Caine in Dressed to Kill.

If your goal were to promote acceptance of dysfunctional people, how do you do so when almost no one watches the show. The common media culture that still was around to some extent when the original Malcolm in the Middle show was broadcast is long gone. Even in the early 2000s, that common culture had been in decline for decades. In 1960, Lucille Ball, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, John Wayne, Elvis Presley, and several other entertainers were recognized by 90% plus of Americans. By 2000, there were fewer commonly recognized entertainers. In 2026, aside from Taylor Swift, who is hated by half the population due to her liberal politics, there is no one with even a fraction of that name recognition.

You have to wonder whether the people who run the media giants are like the band that kept playing while the Titanic sank.

Keanu Reeves usually is a good bet . Good Fortune was a fun movie to watch.

Bryan Cranston. Did you know he was chosen because Breaking Bad was supposed to be a comedy? Hence, him making meth in his underwear. I don’t know who’s idea it was, but it soon developed into a drama. I think the fame and accolades he won contributed to the absolute hubris he developed. He was now a “serious” actor, taking himself waaay too seriously. A shame, really. He was a lovable dope, terrified of his tyrannical wife Lois, in Malcolm In The Middle. Every scene was hilarious.

I wasn’t a regular viewer of Seinfeld, so I never saw that character.

I am disappointed to read this, because I enjoyed MitM when it was in its first run.

I actually thought about watching this, because the King of the Hill reboot was decent.

Now I will avoid this crap.
