"I don’t find the notion that some people can be affected by it physically to be ‘strange’. Some studies have suggested that electromagnetic fields DO affect people in different ways. It’s something that needs more study."

I got sober in January, 2004. Haven't had a drop to drink since. The closest thing I've felt to being drunk since then occurred in December of that year. I was out in the woods walking my dogs and all of a sudden felt lightheaded and for lack of a better term, "tipsy." The sensation came and went, lasting no more than 2-3 minutes. Came back home and was listening to the radio (or maybe reading FR) and heard about the 9.3 earthquake in Indonesia which would have roughly coincided with the same time I felt inebriated. Could have been purely coincidental, but it's something I've wondered about ever since.

That’s very interesting.

The Earth ‘rang like a bell’ during that Indonesia Earthquake.

I was in Jakarta and then also in Sumatra some months prior and I recall seeing news reports about ‘unusual lights’ being seen in the sky there (in December) jut a few weeks before it happened.

When we were first married, my husband and I visited his home town in Pennsylvania. We had gone to bed one night when rain began, and as I was lying there waiting for sleep, I suddenly felt a powerful ‘force’ hit my body, as if there had been a tremendous explosion nearby. A split second later, there was the loudest crack of thunder I’ve ever heard. I even blurted out something like, ‘Wow!’, after feeling the ‘pound’ but before hearing the thunder. I was certain it happened that way.

when I’ve tried to explain it to more scientifically trained people, they’ve said I must have become confused about the sequence. One professor told me it was a trick of the mind, something akin to ‘deja vu’...
