Former vice president and failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris was roasted online Friday after she introduced another accent while trying to impersonate President Donald Trump as a "mob boss."
"You know, the way that he's thinking of foreign policy, it seems, is when he talks about America First, it's to withdraw from these relationships and these connections," Harris said while arguing that the administration has lost sight of international cooperation as a means to address regional conflict.
"And then he kind of acts like a mob boss. So, then he's kind of like, 'Oh, well, you know, you take Eastern Europe, and I'll take the Western Hemisphere. And then you over there, you, you get Asia, and we'll just divide it up,' right?"
Harris made her comments while speaking at a forum with the National Action Network, which was founded by the controversial civil rights activist Al Sharpton.
Almost immediately, the mimicry prompted criticism online.
"JUST IN: CRINGE," Eric Daugherty, a right-leaning social media personality, said in a post to X.
"Add ‘mafia boss’ to Kamala Harris’ list of embarrassing accents," a Republican campaign account said in its own note.
A former Republican staffer for Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, included her Friday moment alongside a series of other impersonations.

Sheeeeeyit. If it wasn’t for mob bosses in the form of Union leaders the demonicRAT Party wouldn’t even exist.
At some point in the future, people will look back and see Kamala as an important component of a major turning point.
She was never, in any way, a serious political figure.
But when Joe Biden was forced out, I think he (or Jill) viciously named the very worst person he could think of as the next Democrat nominee. And the party got saddled with a joke candidate.
More — people like Obama (whom I despise) who still remained a political figure respected by some, had to step up and say “She’s great. She’s a good choice. She’s a leader.” Okay, there goes any respect for Obama. He’s done. He’s a hack.
And the whole Democrat party and platform descended into chaos. They had nothing. Just “She’s not Trump” and “Trump is bad”. That’s the sort of statesmanship they could offer. And now, looking forward to 2028, the choices are Newsom, Swalwell, or Harris. And Harris is looking better than the other two.
There is no recovery from this.
As I recall, the Bidens had nothing to do with the selection of Harris as the nominee. They were out of the decision making loop.
I think Pelosi had something to do with picking Harris. And maybe a few other bigwigs. But not Biden.
Right. Gutfeld picked it up too. Clearly Kamala was high. I would bet pot. Not enough is said about her reported anxiety attacks. She definitely is self medicating.

Kamala Harris, the 49th vice president of the United States, announced her 2024 campaign for president on July 21, 2024. On that date, incumbent president Joe Biden withdrew his re-election campaign and immediately endorsed her to replace him in his place as the party's presidential nominee.
I fully understand that there are mechanics involved. States, and committees, influential party figures. Nothing is automatic, and people engage in maneuvering to make any nomination official. I understand that Biden could not "wave a magic wand" and just make Harris the nominee. But I think it is true that Biden basically said, "I'm dropping out and I endorse Kamala Harris as my repalcement" and that complicated everything for the Democrats.

“Social Media”
The Drive-By Media never look up from their phone and computer screens. They miss, intentionally and unintentionally, most of America.
Only a small 10-13 percent of Americans have an X account. Of that small percentage, only 3-5 percent use it often.
There is a fantastic example of this in Selena Zito’s great book Butler.
At one point during the 2024 campaign, Zito is in a large bus with other reporters. They are on a 3 hour drive from one city to another. During these 3 hours Zito takes in the outside world. She notes where there are A LOT of President Trump signs, and where there are not.
Zito also observes that almost 100% of the other reporters never looked out the windows, for 3 hours. They were all on their phones and laptops.
On the flip side, the forces of good can counteract the Left in real time.
Her energy could light up a major city if it could be harnessed.
I assume the people who pressured Biden to drop out, simultaneously pressured him to endorse Harris.
I’m not an insider, so I am in no position to say exactly what happened.
But my assumption differs from your assumption. I do agree that Biden had his arm twisted to drop out. So he dropped out. And I believe as a way to stab his party in the back he said, “I’m dropping out -—— and I’m endorsing Kamala Harris as the nominee.”
It’s very hard for me to believe that the party wanted to get rid of Biden, with a chance to start fresh, AND would freely choose Kamala Harris as their very best option.
But I wasn’t there.
Keep it up Kamala. You make the late Rodney King look like a genius.
