President Trump vowed Monday to catch the “leaker” who revealed that US forces were not immediately able to rescue the second F-15 pilot shot down over Iran — as he retold of the wounded airman’s dramatic weekend rescue.
“We’re looking very hard to find that leaker,” Trump said in the White House briefing room. “They basically said that we have one and there’s somebody missing. Well, [Iran] didn’t know there was somebody missing until this leaker gave the information.”
“We think we’ll be able to find it out, because we’re going to go to the media company that released it, and we’re going to say, ‘national security, give it up or go to jail,’” Trump said.
“It became a much more difficult operation because a leaker leaked that we have one, we’ve rescued one, but there’s another one out there that we’re trying to get,” he added.
“The country, Iran, put out a major notice… offering a very big award for anybody that captures the pilot… We have to find that leaker, because that’s a sick person. Probably didn’t realize the extent of how bad it was. I can’t imagine that the person did, but we’re going to find out. It’s national security, and the person that did the story will go to jail if he doesn’t say.”

I don’t believe Trump represents Christian values, and I see him as being heavily influenced by AIPAC rather than prioritizing an America first agenda. I’m concerned that the midterms could turn out poorly, potentially leading to prolonged Democratic control and communist policy.

Has there ever been any consequence for anyone leaking information at any level?
I don't recall any. But don't get me wrong - I'd love to see hard jail time given to people who can't keep their mouths shut with sensitive information, trying to impress others with their import.

I believe her integrity went down the toilet a few months ago, but I don’t recall the details. I do know that it was so bad that I turn her off now.
My question is - whoever the reporter was, did they reach out to the DOD / DOW to get a confirmation? If so, did DOD / DOW ask them to sit on the story so as to not compromise the rescue (the preferred course of action).

Segal cited “western sources” in his post (as opposed to “US sources”), and a second Israeli reporter, Ariel Kahana, later specified the news came from “Israeli sources”
President Trump made clear today he’s HELLBENT on jailing the leaker.
Israel MUST hand these sources over to the US Department of Justice.
HUNDREDS of our troops could’ve been KlLLED by this leak.

Update to my earlier comment:”That was amazing when General Caine said the downed A-10’s job was to draw fire. And the pilot kept fighting and did a completely controlled ejection.
The whiny “we’re losing” crybabies probably filled their diapers at that one. Kinda killed off their narrative.”
I was at the dentist getting some aftermarket work done. The dentist is a retired USAF dentist and we were talking about the comment by General Kaine.
She began tearing up. Her son just joined and she said she’s so grateful that our nation will literally go to no end to rescue him should the need arise.
