Most, if not almost ALL, have missed a very salient point about this library video - the prominent flag is a most unusual one - it sports not 50, but 56 stars. Cue it up for yourself, stop at a flag frame, and count... but I assure you, there are 56.
There are no coincidences.
Nope, it's a poorly-done photoshop of the frame-grab.
Look at the lower-right corner of the blue star field. It's all wrong, and couldn't be physically possible, even if the flag were rippling, which it obviously is not, given the red/white stripes.
