The parallels between American black ghettos and European no-go zones are obvious.
In a relatively short period from 1940–1960, over 2.5 million blacks migrated to Northern cities from the predominately agrarian South. Their assimilation into mainstream society was arduous. It became a visible problem by the 1960s with unrest and rioting commonplace in black neighborhoods during summer months.
It was against this backdrop of urban unrest and Vietnam war protest that the Canadian rock band, Guess Who, created the 1970 hit American Woman. The song’s iconic lyrics express the band’s rejection of the great temptress, America, with her seductive allure but seemingly intractable problems (“I don’t need your war machines, I don’t need your ghetto scenes. Coloured lights can hypnotize, sparkle someone else’s eyes….”).
It was not just Canadians, but also Europeans who harbored a moral disdain for a perceived failure by America to assimilate blacks. Ironically, Europeans are now grappling with the same assimilation problems, and they are not doing much better; arguably, they are doing worse. A new report from the conservative New Direction Foundation for European Reform think tank entitled “No-Go Zones, Immigration and the Rise of Parallel Societies,” reveals the scale of Europe’s inability to assimilate migrants from the “Global South.” The report estimates the existence of 1,000 urban areas deemed “no-go zones,” in which there are elevated levels of crime, social fragmentation, and weakened state authority.
The parallels between American black ghettos and European no-go zones are obvious. The most menacing dimension is the rise of political Islam in Europe. America had its Black Panther movement in the 70s, but it does not compare to the radical Islamists whose future impact on an acquiescent Europe is yet to be fully felt.

Deportation is the kinder of the two options.
Oh I’ve had more than a few snarky comments about this. Well Yurps....how are YOU doing assimilating the underclass YOU’ve now imported? I thought you were so much more righteous and moral and pure and all. What happened guys? Why all the crime. Why all the “racism”? We here in America would do it so much better than you. We’re just so much smarter and more sophisticated and more civilized.......ie all the exact same crap they slung at Americans for decades right back at ‘em.
The main difference in the analogy is that for all practical purposes, Africans were not brought to America after 1808 (not counting the voluntary immigrants of course, who are rarely like the pseudo-indigenous).
IOW the movement north of the descendants of former slaves was large but finite, unlike the Muslim/Hindu collection entering Europe—there’s a few billion more who could enter Europe if they wished.
America got the better deal. It isn’t even close.

The only effective way to “act on the root causes” is deport the Mohammedans en masse. Anything short of that will inevitably result in Islamic Caliphate West. With nukes.
The problems are not with the culture but with the migrating minorities.
They always resent being in the minority despite that being a fundamental feature of their new residence.
Their choice of compensatory behaviors manifest in retaining and exaggerating their root culture, thus denying assimilation and furthering feelings of alienation despite it being self imposed.
They never realize their malaise is self imposed. And their host’s guilt driven compensatory treatment dangerously reinforces the damaged mindset.

It makes me wonder - where would blacks, both in the USA and now in the EU, be without massive government?
Without welfare, without socialized medicine? Without affirmative action and DEI?

I was well aware of this as a young man and remember vividly knowing and telling uninterested and uncomprehending people that someday Britain would be eating their critical words because of their immigration, and that applies to to other European countries who were changing their immigration laws in the 60s.
When “American Woman” reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Hundred, I couldn’t believe it. Why would any American buy a record that runs down our country? Yet enough Americans did to boost the record to the top of the chart.

Also need to outlaw islam, as it is a cult, and should not be given the protections afforded to religions that DON’T openly call for the murder and subjugation of non-adherents.
Living so long in the Atlanta area, I had a clearer perspective of what was happening to America. Let me first make it clear that growing up in the south-most tip of Florida, had no concept of racial bias until college years in Alabama, and even then (late 1960’s) I could not see any reason to be racist. After college, teaching school near Fort Bennington where most of my students were from the military families and a good mixture of White and Black, there was no racial tension.
In the early 70’s my husband and I lived in a quiet middle class neighborhood in the southern suburbs (the area that today is nearly all black). School integration caused the bussing of everyone in our area schools to inter-city black schools and the vise-Versa. This caused instant white-flight. As our children were toddlers, we stayed. Two years later, husband’s job transferred him and we discovered the value of our home was lower than the original cost and we had lost all the equity achieved. This loss alone did not cause the racial animosity that was creeping into our heads, as we had black friends we admired.
Fast-forward to 2000. We were back in the Atlanta area, this time in the northern suburbs and by now in an upper middle class neighborhood. Although I still think our little yellow cape cod style house from back in those early days was my favorite. Though mostly White, the Black families in our neighborhood were respected, liked as everyone else, as were Black colleagues at schools and work.
Admittedly I was cautiously afraid of going into downtown Atlanta. It was that horrid creeping racial bias again. However I tried to never forget that there are some bad people in all races. And God lovingly reminded me of that one day when I had jury duty at the Atlanta courthouse. No parking near it, so I took the Marta train into town. The closest station was 5 or 6 blocks from the courthouse. It was not quit daylight yet, I was standing outside the station looking up the street and in tears trying to work up courage to proceed. A nice-looking gentleman (happened to be Black) said, “you look lost, can I help you with directions?” When I told him I had jury duty he told me I should not be walking there alone, and he walked with me all the way there, saying, “God bless you, and have a great day” when we arrived.
So what I am saying here is that it is not because there is an inherent difference between Whites and Blacks. The differences lie in how each of us interpret morality, right from wrong, and if and how we curb animal-like behaviors. After slavery, most Blacks understandably mistrusted Whites. But as a nation we were beginning to get past that. That was until the evil powers that be used this weakness to once again build great animosity between races to destroy America. Unchecked illegal emigration hurt even more. Government practices encouraging keeping too many Blacks in poverty, fatherless families and now actually encouraging animal-like vicious behavior has brought areas of the country into unbelievable pit holes where we wonder if the people there are even capable of ever assimilating.
Today, I hope to never ever have reason to go anywhere near Atlanta again!

In the USA, too many blacks became dependent on massive government handouts, and they'd be better off, as a group, without such large handouts. The problem is, Democrats, via these programs, keep "telling" blacks that they can't make it on their own and require, and thus demand, these handouts.
When I was stationed in England in the 1970s for three years, there weren't a lot of blacks in rural Suffolk or Norfolk but the blacks who I encountered in London seemed the same as the white people in London. They dressed the same, were just as polite, and their spoken English sounded the same (to me) as any other English person. I haven't been back in many years, but from what I hear, it's a lot different now though I suspect that Suffolk and Norfolk are pretty much the same.
Personal Preference: Burton Cummings, the song's lyricist, argues that the song is not political. He claims it expresses his preference for Canadian women over American ones, stating that the lyrics came to him spontaneously during a performance.
He emphasizes that the song was created in a moment of improvisation, with no political intent behind the lyrics.
Re the USA. We not only have to deport muslims, but also chinese nationalists and/or criminals.
Also all messycan crimigrants/illegals.
Finally, stop treating blax as spoiled, entitled children. Bring back heavy handed law and order to America. It's all they understand.
Finally, trash that ridiculous liberal judicial notion of, "It's better for 100 guilty to go free than for one innocent man to suffer." What we've learned is that those 100 guilty go out and cause 1,000 innocents to suffer. Liberals can't do math.
