The Idaho Senate on Friday afternoon passed a GOP-backed bill that would criminalize transgender people for using bathrooms aligned with their gender identity, sending the measure to Gov. Brad Little for his signature. It is one of the harshest anti-trans measures in the U.S.

They expect us to believe this.
Using common sense is harsh and extreme now. /s
Advocate via Yahoo - ugh
Replace the adjective ‘extreme’ with ‘logical’ and you got a deal!
Good for Idaho Senate Pubs. They have big cajones used for good that they don’t take with them into women’s bathrooms, where they are not welcome, unlike Trannies.
Ha! That’s a good way to put it.
I love Idaho!!
The left is promoting testimonies of the very few super masculine transgender “men” (women on mega-doses of testosterone) to make the exception the rule.
Actually, the rule that they want is for unconvincing “transgender women” (men) to be allowed into women’s spaces unhindered. That’s what this law is seeking to address.
Men with penises belong in the Men’s Room regardless of their dresses or mental illnesses.
These mentally ill idiots need to be treated like the freaks that they are.
Now to the Gov.
Governor Little, YOU DA MAN!

Power to the penis right in!

I know you have your "Austin" too, like all conservative states have. I read that Boise is fighting to continue flying "pride" flags on government property, despite a state law forbidding it.
😂👍
H a ve a veŕy conservative friend who got elected to Idabo House...got taken out next eleçtion with big $$$...Idaho is facing huge problems ...she hated all the horse trading that goes on.
Little is our Abbott.
He aint Reagan, thats for sure.
I moved here from MT. I’m continually asked by the locals, “WHY!?”. Land values.
Anyway, up here in the northern panhandle we are blessed to be represented in the state house by Cornel Rasor, a Godly and constitutional man that was a key sponsor of this bill.
THANK YOU CORNEL!!!
She's a leftie mess, (not very s. m. a. r. t.) and one hopes can be booted from office, but that would take a strong GOPer candidate (veteran or retired LEO, camera and microphone friendly), and with enough finances to overcome the (apparent) out-of-state support that the current mayor has.
A visit to our Great State might help you decide.
Well - I dunno about this one.
Felony? OK that’s pretty harsh.
Daddy following the transgender who followed Daddy’s little girl into the bathroom? The transgender might leave on a stretcher - permanently crippled - or in a body bag.
I like the second option.
It should be a civil offense with a fine, not a criminal offense, except after X number of repeated violations and then starting as a misdemeanor before escalating to a felony and the law has to acknowledge whether or not it was the policy of the owner of the restroom to allow “gender identity” to determine someone’s bathroom. Before criminalizing the “trans” person, they need to legally ban “public accommodation” practices where establishments allow “gender identity” to determine a “trans” persons choice of restroom. If establishments cannot make such allowances, they have a legal incentive to prevent the practice or face fines and penalties.
Damn! You think Idaho would like a hard-core conservative from Pennsylvania to move there and help their cause?
