U.S. intelligence intercepted Ukrainian government communications discussing a plot to route hundreds of millions of American tax dollars earmarked for clean energy in the war-torn country and move them to the United States to enrich then-President Joe Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign and the Democratic National Committee, according to a declassified intelligence report summarizing the intercepts that was obtained by Just the News.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently learned of the intercepts and has asked the U.S. Agency for International Development officials to scour for records to see if the plot actually was carried out and whether a criminal referral should be made to the FBI.
Gabbard's team has not found substantive evidence the intercepted allegations were thoroughly investigated during the Biden administration, and the communications are not believed to be tied to Russian disinformation efforts, officials said.
USAID involved in routing the money, memo alleges The declassified report is a summary of raw intercepts from U.S. spy agencies in late 2022 concerning the alleged plot, and officials who have reviewed the files said there seemed to be a lack of curiosity to investigate such an explosive allegation of foreign interference in a U.S. election.
“The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of US taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign,” the declassified summary of the intercepts stated.

Kickbacks. Democrats send money to the Ukraine, and the Ukraine sends money back to the Democrats. Simple corruption. Democrats worked for everyone but Americans.

I actually AM shocked. Bad enough we’re sending money to every other country in the world to help them, bad enough that most of it probably goes to fraudsters in that country, but now I find that it just cycles back into the DNC?? That’s a level of just outright criminal fraud that really does kind of stun me. I mean, just when I think they can’t get any worse, they get worse. We the people are nothing but cash cows to politicians, and they’ll milk us dry and then kill us and eat us if they can. It’s really depressing. It makes me glad I am too lazy to earn a lot of money, because they’d just take it from me anyway.

I know how tired people are of all the allegations, and the lack of accountability.
But...WOW! This is dynamite stuff. John Soloman is solid.
Ukraine always has been a slush fund for crooked US politicians. Ukraine’s prosecutor knew that and was investigating it and then Biden told them to get rid of that prosecutor or he’d shut off $8 billion in loan guarantees (which is what was being used to launder the money in the first place). And then, as Biden would say, “sonofabitch, they fired him”.
Trump asked Zelensky to get to the bottom of what happened and our stinking Deep State, including a smirking, lying Adam Schiff, impeached him for it.
Everybody in DC knew this was a huge money laundering operation. And I suspect the judge who tried to say we couldn’t defund USAID was in on it as well.

If things had been different, and some Freepers had 'enjoyed' their work, and had Zelensky successfully bolstered the Democrats to a win in 2024, the Harris-Walz administration would have been decimating these United States right now.

I hate to tell you this but that’s the game. It has always been the game. And I would venture to guess it’s not just democrats getting the kick backs, either.
Actually the plan was never to send the money to Ukraine, but to two US subcontractors who would then divert the money to the DNC
