People that do this tend to be hostile and aggressive.

Me:
1) Cut welfare dramatically. Welfare causes fatherlessness causes crime. Cut it.
2) Eliminate welfare after the first child. Child #s 2+ get the mother nothing.
3) Three Strikes and You’re Out. Really. Three felony convictions, and you never breathe free air again. Every. Anywhere. Don’t care what your excuses or circumstances or rehabilitation. Done. Throw away the key.
4) INCREASE welfare payments for Child #1 only if the biological father is married to the biological mother and lives on site. DNA testing required.
5) Three Juvie convictions means Adult Time for #3+. I don’t care if you’re 10 years old.
6) For the Second Juvie conviction, Mom is in prison for the same duration you got. (Kinda harsh, but I’m feelin’ it ...)
