A California sheriff and top Republican candidate for governor seized over 650,000 votes from the state’s November elections this weekend.
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco launched an investigation into the state’s November 2025 special election on Proposition 50 after a third-party organization, the Riverside Election Integrity Team, claimed it found roughly 45,000 excess votes. California elections officials have dismissed the team’s findings, but Bianco says his office will conduct another count.
“This investigation is simple: Physically count the ballots and compare that result with the total votes recorded,” Bianco told reporters at a Friday press conference.
Proposition 50 was a key proposal seeking to reform California’s congressional districts. It was designed to favor Democrats in response to a similar effort by Republicans in Texas.
Secretary of State Shirley Weber has argued Bianco has no authority to carry out a recount.
“The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office has taken actions based on allegations that lack credible evidence and risk undermining public confidence in our elections,” Weber told City News Service. “The sheriff’s assertion that his deputies know how to count is admirable. The fact remains that he and his deputies are not elections officials, and they do not have expertise in election administration.”
Riverside elections official Art Tinoco rejected the Riverside Election Integrity Team’s findings earlier this month, saying the group had misinterpreted how votes are counted on Election Day.

Bianco is running for Governor and is second in the polls so far.
Bravo Bianco!
Sheriff’s have a lot of extra authority. Screw those democrap/communists POS’s.
Fewer ballots than votes tabulated.
How does that happen?
We’re not talking about a few dozen...we’re talking about 45,000. In one county.
I wish the US DOJ would prosecute this tyranny! For here is your perfect 4th Amendment case.
In Kalifornia, it actually is very simple.
Instead of the old axiom "it's not who votes that counts. What matters is WHO counts the votes"....
The upgraded Kalifornia axiom is: it's not the ballots that count. What matters is WHO counts the ballots."
A while after Motor Voter came along, Kalifornia passed laws that gave illegal trespassers the" right" to a Kalifornia driver's license. One Kalifornia democRAT actually stated "they need the license to get to work."
So, every illegal trespasser who has a license is now registered to vote through the Kalifornia DMV. They may never actually vote, complete their own ballot. But a ballot in their name can be generated. Since Kalifornia also mandated complete vote-by-mail, "ballots" are created for every registered voter. Just how many of those ballots were completed without the illegals' knowledge?
Kalifornia has early and late voting. For 30 days before election day, there are dozens of "ballot drop boxes" in every small precinct. We call them "ballot stuffing boxes."
And to add to the MASSIVE Voter Fraud, sometimes elections are "called" within minutes of 8pm on election day. No doubt there are hundreds of thousands of outstanding ballots in the mail and in the ballot stuffing boxes. That does not stop the ballot counters from determining the outcomes. Kalifornia Guv Newscum announced that the recall effort failed to oust him from office. No doubt he rewarded the ballot counters with some of the billions in Kalifornia fraud $$$$. .
“leading” means Hilton got 17% and Bianco got 15%....one and two spots.
The rest was scattered amongst nearly a dozen Democrats. When the dims shoot 8 of them, the remainder hope to have the top two spots.
But Bianco wants to broaden his appeal and obviously believes this is a good path.
“The fact remains that he and his deputies are not elections officials, and they do not have expertise in election administration.”
I understand that his office has Sesame Street’s The Count on staff. Can’t find a better expert than him.
“One! Ah ha ha. Two! Ah ha ha...
“saying the group had misinterpreted how votes are counted on Election Day.’
shouldn’t be so difficult to understand.
Or when does a phantom lightning strike set the warehouse on fire where the ballots are currently stored?
MATH IS HARD, THESE DAYS
“The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office has taken actions based on allegations that lack credible evidence and risk undermining public confidence in our elections”
They’re scared.
Secretary of State Shirley Weber has argued Bianco has no authority to carry out a recount.
Presuming that sheriffs swear to protect and defend the Constitution, Sheriff Bianco has the power to investigate this alleged voting problem under Section 2 of the 14th Amendment imo, that section a penalty for states where voting results have been compromised.
Note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" in that section that the Supremes, Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly ignored imo when lawmakers voted to accept Biden's electoral votes in 2020 despite allegations of vote-counting problems.
is denied to any
or in any way abridged,
Section 2 of 14A: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election [all emphases added] for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State. [Apportionment of Representatives]
Section 5 of 14A: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
In fact, here's third-party opinion that Section 2 is being ignored, evidence of the corrupt uniparty imo.
No serious effort was ever made in Congress to effectuate § 2, and the only judicial attempt was rebuffed.2 , cert. denied, 328 U.S. 870 (1946). —Apportionment Clause
The Section had long been dead. But there are two camps of legal scholars who wish to revive it. The first consists of those who would like to see Section Two enforced to punish states that abridge their citizens’ right to vote, especially in the wake of Shelby County v. Holder. Recently, Joshua Geltzer, the executive director at Georgetown’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection and the former senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council, added himself to this camp. The second camp is using Section Two, which distinguishes on the basis of gender, as evidence that Section One’s Equal Protection Clause does not prohibit gender-based discrimination. Jonathan Mitchell spearheads this movement. —The Worrisome Ghost of the Fourteenth Amendment’s Second Section
Regarding the wrongly ignored Section 2, Thomas Jefferson had warned against ignoring parts of the Constitution.
The general rule [is] that an instrument is to be so construed as to reconcile and give meaning and effect to all its parts. --Thomas Jefferson to -----, 1816. ME 14:445
If this were a better world, the media would be warning the states ahead of elections that the feds will be darkening their doorways under Section 2 concerning reasonable allegations of voting integrity problems.
The ignored Section 2 is a reminder of ongoing deep-state corruption that Trump's tsunami of supporters, evidenced by his record-breaking votes in 2024 elections, still need to primary all state and federal lawmakers up for reelection in 2026 elections if they refuse to publicly support Trump.
Secretary of State Weber said
“the Sheriff’s assertion that his deputies know how to count is admirable. The fact remains that he and his deputies are not elections officials and they do not have expertise in election administration.”
LOL
“risk undermining public confidence in our elections”
Who has any confidence in our elections? True, participation implies legitimacy, so everyone who did vote must have confidence otherwise why bother? Am I right?
How do you count stuff? Only “certified” election officials know how to do that.
“The fact remains that he and his deputies are not elections officials, and they do not have expertise in election administration.”
Sounds like they haven’t learned the intricacies of stealing elections.
